      I've read that Allstate motor club is ranked#6 in customer satisfaction. Whoever is #7 is probably using waterboarding. After sending me a receipt for out of pocket charge, in order to process reimbursement, Allstate requiring printing it and mailing it. There is no way to submit online or through email information which Allstate already has and no information on how to do it. Everything is done to make reimbursement impossible. A clear sign of scamming.

      Allstate motor club is the worst, called at 10:30am for a tow. They said a truck would be there at 12:30 and I would be informed of ETA. When truck was. No call no show I called an spoke to customer Svc, I was told my truck had been canceled. She filled a new request for a tow while Im still on the side of road waiting. Was told a truck would pick me ** in 2 hrs, by **** no truck. Contacted again resubmitted request so bad to wait another 2 hrs, by 6:20 no call no show I called a tow truck not associated with allstate, they showed ** in 30 minutes, towed my vehicle however I had to pay out of pocket for that service. Will be canceling Allstate service

      Astonishingly bad. I've had this service for several years and both times I have had problems with my car it was dreadful. The first time I wanted for 6 hours with repeated calls and no one ever came. Yesterday I was unable to contact them at all. No phone numbers worked - they were either cut off or referred to an App which I don't have and was unable to find. I wish I could leave negative stars/

      I would never in my life get this service again if I could give 0 stars I would. They charged me $89 for a lock out service told me they would refund me and I have been calling them for 3 days spending an hour to 2 hours to not tell me anything and keep saying they are going to email me a receipt for me to mail to a billing address like you all work together this is 2022 why are we as customers mailing something you all already have to get a refund from your company.

      Can never get service like ever they can never find providers for tows or fuel or lockout and if they do takes 4 hours yet I call the same tow companies they use pay for the service and bam the ******** are there in 20 minutes. Worst company to use hands down and don't even ask for reimbursement never happens

      Allstate Motor Club is terrible. You cannot speak to a human being and apparently their computers aren't smart enough to set up roadside help. They kept calling the wrong number, although they were given the correct number. You speak to someone in ***** to set ** service in ************ only to have that person relay the information incorrectly. Impossible to actually speak with a human in a reasonable amount of time. Their first service person left because they gave him the wrong information.

      Sat, Aug 13th, 7pm, I called AllState motor club to schedule a tow as I couldn't get my ignition to turn. I requested a flatbed tow.Allstate found a tow company, Galto and said Galto was on its way to tow my vehicle. 2hrs later a small ************ truck from Galto towing arrived. The driver was able to get my vehicle hooked from the back and I stated I would meet him at the drop off location. I watched the tow begin to drive off so I was on my way to drop off. Once I arrived at the drop off, I waited for over an hour, still no tow truck. During my wait time I began receiving texts from Allstate asking if I still need a tow. Then began receiving text from a random number asking the same. Why would I still need a tow if my vehicle is already in transit with Galto whom Allstate sent? Automated service from Allstate asked if I still need a tow if ** press 2 or hangup. I didn't want to respond because this was so confusing, so the auto service hangs up. I then received a text that my tow was canceled. I then called Allstate spoke to an agent. He located the tow truck and said he should be in route. The location pinned the tow at the pick up point. I asked if the tow had been canceled, the rep said no and the tow should reach the dropoff location in 26 mins. I asked for the phone number's as I couldn't reach Galto nor the cell of the driver. The number's the rep gave me were different from the auto text number's I received for Galto.Called the number's given and this *** was Redline Towing. How does Allstate have Redline towing scheduled after sending Galto? After waiting 1 1/2hr I go home, call Allstate to locate my vehicle. Allstate tries to contact Galto, can't reach them. 1st rep says I should file a police report, transfer to 2nd rep who tells me not to and would call me back after trying to figure out what happened. Next morning I speak to someone again trying to figure out where my van is, was told supervisor would call me. It's Thurs still no call no van

      I called for a tow at **** on the 30th of July, I needed a company that was equipped with A dolly as my Corvette was locked in park, which I explained very clearly, at **** a driver with a roll back showed up, Icalled back to All state the next company never showed up, at **** another company showed with a roll back, finally at **** a company showed up with the right equipment of course All state did not call them my wife did, I paid $265 for the tow. I called on the 2nd of Aug and wanted to speak to a supervisor and was told he would call back in a couple hours, still have not heard from supervisor, called back to All state and pleaded my case was told someone from All state would contact me about reimbursement in two days that was a week ago still no word from All state

      Refusing to pay for a car rental per reason not specified in members guide. The reason found POST denial was NOT given in the email denial! Shady business. TOOK my regular car insurance agent over a dozen calls, etc. to FIND their real reason! Breakdown had to occur more than 100 miles from home. It happened 25 miles after we left! Why does that matter?
