      One star is too many. I have had the WORST experience with this so called company. Their customer service is the worst and so are the tow contractors they are using. It took me atleast ***** calls this week. I would get disconnected and have to call back and start all over. Never got the same answer twice. The first provider said they would be there in 50 min to leave my keys. They never showed up. Cancelled. So I called again and they set up another driver service they called me in the middle of the night and because I did not answer immediately they cancelled. I had no idea they would be calling me much less in the middle of the night. So on to the next day. A new request and several more reps say we will reinstate the tow. Well, low and behold around 5:00 they call and say car has been delivered to the destination. I said can you make sure, I was put on hold and the rep came back and said oh I'm sorry they said they could not find your vehicle. Are you kidding me. I was right off the road. A fourth dispatch and they cancelled this time saying the car wasn't there. Well, well. I had someone take me by there and there it sat. Finally police did the job for a costly $$$$ fee. The tow provider was also very rude the one that called me in the middle of the night. He said I don't care if you use me or not. So very incompetent.

      I had (2) Tow Truck companies ********************* and ********************* today! The 1st one a twit named ***** decided to cancel without any notice or a reason and I had to call back in and I got ********************* they were suppose to be here by 4:08 I called at 4:10 and they claim they NEVER got called or contacted. I absolutely HATE this roadside assistance. I also HATE there stupid app! When you call in all you get is people who can't speak ENGLISH! For what I pay on (3) vehicles I'm so disgusted and have had enough. This company SUCKS!!!

      What a awful company to deal with. No one will respond to my emails for a refund due to their mistakes!! When calling in a emergency the operators DO NOT speak English!! Just a horrific experience. Still no return call or email, but they reach out and blow you up when it comes to renewing your policy!! Stay way from their services!!

      Allstate wouldnt take my call to the 1 800 number, said use the online app. I had the app but had to ask for a password reset (forgot) but couldnt get the app to accept it. Had to enlist the help of my wife at home to make contact. Took her way longer that it should have while Im broken down on the road.

      it is called emergency roadside assistance right? 4 hrs for a tow truck to get to me ? seems to be a chronic issue for their service from what i am reading. Spoke to 5 agents and a supervisor and was advised per the supervisor this is a normal wait time with them . How is that acceptable with an emergency need for assistance ? need to rename it slow as h*** road side assistance! been with AAA for years never ever longer than 30 min wait time ...guess im going back to AAA

      Never use an APP . WHAT THEY HAVE ON THIS LIST IS ****...ROADSIDE it self from Allstate lazy and donot carry any responsibility!!!!

      Horrible service lie about tow truck coming left me stranded in an intersection for 5.5hrs I called 26 times and kept getting told I'm sorry the tow truck is 18 min away. When tow showed up he had never gotten the tow call till 1 hr before he showed up to me. Horrible lying service. NEVER USE

      I have been a member of Allstate since 10/1997 and rarely needed their service.I had a flat tire in front of my house and called to get air in tire so I could bring the car in for service 8 blocks away. They would tow but not put air in tire they would change tire if I had a spare but I didnt know if donut tire that came with the car had sufficient air. After saying circumstances, they Would not send anyone.Secondly they kept repeating to download app to track service, or use a mobile phone so they would send response by text. I was calling from house landline no text or download feature.I want a full refund for yearly plan.

      These people just charged me 250 for a tow that should have been covered by my insurance. It's been 7 hours since I called and asked for a tow, I'm still in the vehicle and I've just been called and asked if we can reschedule the tow for another day this week. So I guess I'll just sit here on the side of the highway for a couple days. Just f****** waiting, in a lightning storm, 4 miles from the next gas station. Thanks All State. Sure glad I gave you my money.

      Fire the Manager in charge of Allstates Roadside Asstance!Worst Rescue ever. 7 hour 45 min wait. Finally talked to someone with a pulse to check the status on my tow truck and was hung up on while on hold. Ill be cancelling all my insurance with Allstate!Friggin livid!
