      My carpet has 10" waves. Worst purchase I have ever made. The Carpet they took up down 25 years was a plush with not 1 wrinkle in it.All 3 bedrooms must be restricted. In my opinion don't use them period!

      Empire today, is not very good they sent out guys that could not speak English. Also your floor must be perfect underneath your other tiles or they will not do it. I heard more what they want do than what they can do. I am sorry but I am not please at all.

      WARNING, DO NOT USE Empire Carpet/Empire Today for carpet or floor installation. Worst customer service ever. Install was a nightmare. Bought carpet and installation with Empire for family room, stairs, upstairs loft. Salesman never bothered to tell us that the carpet he sold us was different thickness than bedrooms, and there was padding thickness to consider as well, which he didnt tell us about. Being rookie carpet buyers, we had no idea. Installation team tore out our old carpet then told us the thickness difference would leave a big gap between bedrooms and loft. We had to leave old padding in which Empire said voided our warranty. Theres still a gap, but not as bad as if we had installed the new padding. I figured company would reimburse us for the padding they never used/installed. Ive been leaving messages with customer service manager ********************* for past month, almost daily, and still no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT, LIKE I DO.

      STAY AWAY AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY (********, ** area office), AT ANY COST!!! They promised install of both LVP and carpet, which were both postponed on the mornings they were scheduled, costing us a week of vacation time in a completely upturned home. When they finally started the install, it had to be postponed again because they wanted nearly $2K more because the salesperson failed to properly account for necessary materials and the carpet installer wanted $5K CASH before they would begin even though the entire purchase had been financed (a completely unethical shakedown after the sale). After fighting through that, we were advised by the installers that an extremely excessive amount of one type of trim and carpet were ordered (at our cost), but not enough of the necessary trim, so it would have to be ordered and installed later. After WEEKS of phone calls, text messages and attempts to contact the salesperson, her supervisor, or anyone to discuss the situation, we are repeatedly run around on the customer service line and are still trying to get not only our complaints addressed but our installation completed. And don't even think about going there in person - the address online/Google for this office, is VACANT, and when I asked customer service for a correct location I was told CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ABLE TO GO TO THE OFFICE, ALL INTERACTION IS DONE THROUGH THE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. This is not only a very nefarious way to do business, but also a HUGE RED FLAG that they know their business practices are extremely questionable. We should have done our homework better, as they have COUNTLESS Better Business Bureau complaints for similar issues, and we are now left with no options except to go through the arduous task of litigation for remedy. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION, AND TELL ANYONE CONSIDERING THEM TO DO THE SAME! *************************

      One star is too much for this company and their unethical practices. The salesman that came to my home was thorough and professional but the body of people who weve had to deal with afterwards have been very discourteous and condescending. The men who installed the floor did not speak English which made initial communication very difficult. The workers thought they were done and had packed all of the tools and equipment only for me to tell them they missed an entire room. I didnt get any kind of care instructions or paperwork with my install other than the signed contract which was not helpful. The flooring was installed over unlevel laminate which has created lifting, cracking and separating. *** had to have them come out and replace it several times now and the problem still has not been corrected. I have special needs children and this installation is hazardous as they have injured themselves on this poorly installed floor. This is now creating a safety issue and I just want them to come and pick it up and be done dealing with this company altogether. I would never recommend this company, please use local companies that actually care about the work they do as well as the people.

      To get a quote was easy but the installation keeps getting canceled by the installer after having paid a deposit that cannot be refunded at this point. Poor customer service and I will never recommend this company.
