WORST EXPERIENCE! I wish i never used Empire Today. I have had issues about the carpet immediately, it looks 5 years old in 3 months of installation, doesn't clean well either. I had 2 people come out to examine the carpet. After the first review, I was told I bought cheap carpet and they wouldn't do anything about it or the 5 year warranty. The 2nd review out, AFTER I DISPUTED MY CREDIT CARD...they told me to pay for a professional cleaning before they would do anything. I ask, what does that have to do with the worn out, fibers coming out & poor looking carpet that isn't holding up?? My Kitchen vinyl floor is buckling in an area and they did come out to replace about 10 boards, however, the boards are buckling again as the repair people tried to do a dash & run fix. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I have since decided to dispute the full & entire amounts covering over $2500. Speaking today to someone has dashed any hope to get anything resolved. ********* could not accommodate my schedule needs, and at this point, I have made every effort to comply and accommodate Empire to help resolve the issue. Just once I would like to be accommodated. Thank **** ************ ***********************

I would not recommend Empire Today for vinyl flooring. The service rep was good, the installation team was good; however, the flooring is not good. Within 2 months, noticed a chip in the floor. Well, there's a 5 year warranty so I thought we would be good for repairs. Called in a claim and it was denied because the issue was not reported within 5 days of noticing it. That's tragic, Empire and **** will not get my business in the future.Empire Today, LLC

I, the homeowner, had ro show the installers how this floor had to be installed as I have done these in the ****. They were installing the floor tight up against the wall and cabinets, not allowing necessary room for the floor to expand. Obviously, Empire does not train their installers. They ran short on material and had to reschedule to return. I asked Empire if I could buy an extra box and was told they don't do that, but would be happy to do any additional work I may need.Empire Today, LLC

I am in ***. I wouldnt recommend this company at all to anybody. I do not know how they are still in business. I had a carpet installation scheduled for Wednesday and they give me a 8 hour window. I get a call In the morning saying they had someone else in front of me and that they would come afterwards. They never showed up and I didnt receive a call until after business hours. I told them you cannot schedule an appt. and make a customer wait for 8 hours, and no one gives anyone an update. how in anybody in their right mind would allow this. I told them to prioritize my house first thing in the morning, call center said they would do their best. Just got a call saying that the location in *** never received my request and couldnt schedule me today. I just cancelled my whole order and the lady hung up on me. Never never. I needed carpets out of safety reason not out of want. Empire needs to be shutdown.Empire Today, LLC

We don't often write reviews but we had such a great experience with Empire Today that it is only fair to take the time to write one. The all process was fast and went smoothly. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The sale representative came on a Monday Dec 26, 2022 and by Thursday Dec 29, a team of 4 people were in our house installing a new floor of Luxury Vinyl Plank for **** sq. ft. which included stairs. They were done in 1 day! They moved heavy furniture around, they removed our old carpet, vinyl, and engineer hardwood floor, and installed the new LVP floor and molding. The next day, we discovered there was an issue with the new molding. We contacted ***************** They sent back the team and replaced the entire molding with a better quality one. We had a very good experience with every person we talked from the scheduling, to the sale representative, the installers, and the customer service. Very good team! As for the **** it looks fantastic. Only time will tell how durable it is. But as of today we are 100% satisfied.Empire Today, LLC

Suppose to have carpet and vinyl floor installed a few days before thanksgiving, the workers decided they were gonna go on vacation the day before install. The carpet i stalkers did a good job, but the vinyl floor, not good. Found lots of air pockets, got down to floor level and a bunch of raised areas. Found a tear in the floor. 2 times there were suppose to come out and look at this floor, yet, both times a no show! They want u to pay for work upfront when they get there. Customer service *****. They dont get back to you to keep you informed. We will never do business with this company again.Empire Today, LLC

Had carpet and lvp flooring installed through out house in June 2022. ******** told us there would be no problem with our 2 dogs on lvp. He assured us that the flooring wouldn't scratch with normal use. The installers did a great job. However, very quickly scratches began showing up on lvp. We've called about the issue 4 times but haven't gotten a response. For reference we already have 1 room with lvp that after years of use has no scratches. So this new and quite expensive flooring was expected to hold up great. It is not and customer service has ignored us. We are very unhappy with the quality of the flooring. I was 100% happy with the entire process of my carpet install. Empire installed my upstairs flooring over 15 years ago, and I just had them back to do my downstairs carpet. I highly recommend them. Sales appt and install appt were on time, friendly, and all went smoothly. I absolutely love my new carpet.Empire Today, LLC

If you want to be lied to, to your face with a smile, then this is the company for you. Took $6000 in moneys order checks & said they would give me a receipt but the installation guys claimed they had no way to give me a receipt for $6000. Only installed the floor in the ******************** horrible installation in bathroom, crooked lines with tiled uneven, didnt even removed the plastic holdersjust grouped over then, which is visible). The installers couldnt read or write or speak English, just Spanish!!!! Is that not fraudulent, to sign a contract with can not read? I think it is! The salesman was in retrospect conman, lied about the product, installation days, even lied about applying the so called promotional discount. Dont believe the 50% or 70% off in there advertising. They lie, they all lie, the customer service are low paid employees (they liesomeone will get back to you in 24 hours, all lies. The installers dont know the products or proper basic installation of the products sold. Read this later and you see a reply. Something to the effect we value oiler customers, which will be another. Theyll lie by saying the company will contact me! No review I have read has been updated to say the issue was resolved, not one! Sad but all true, a bunch of con artist, liars, thrives. They have my money paid in full, Im stuck with a no flooring in my living area or kitchen the day before Christmas. Spread the word to ********************** beware!!!! They are rip-off artist. The installers cant speak, read or write English!!!! That tells you all you have to know about the company. No Covid protection, no mask even when i provided them, wont wear them. One worker cut himself on the saw, bleeding all over my home!!!! Every review is the same story/problems just different ***** being con out of their money. I only have flooring in my ******************* The rest of the tiles are stacked in my bedroom in boxes. Can you believe this chit?!?!?!?!?!?!?Empire Today, LLC

6/15-17/2022 I got tiles put in the first floor. The workers seemed sincere and friendly, however the work was poor quality. There was a lot of caulk smeared on the actual tile, and there were other spots where the caulk had holes in it. Not a good job, I'm sorry to say..Empire Today, LLC
