This company was subcontracted by my contractor. The installers did not have an authorized truck and refused to take my old carpet in the van that one of them owned because they realized there was some pet odor from my dog. After my contractor talked to the management, it was discovered that it was up to their discretion to take the old carpet. My contractor ended up taking the carpet. **Empire Today, LLC

They sold us a product based on its durability and value, knowing full well we had 4 kids at the time. Not only did this flooring have to be installed 3 times before it was done correctly, but after it was finally installed correctly, just AFTER the one year warranty, it began to fall apart. Literally the *** is chipping, scratching, cracking, peeling, bending. We now have painters tape all over the floor so we dont cut our feet. It is a GARBAGE product we never would have purchased if we had known. It cost thousands of dollars and I think they even pulled it from their products, likely because its so bad. I cant believe they ever swindled us into purchasing it. We will have to entirely redo our whole houses floors. Its only been two years and our floor looks like trash. We reached out to them and their solution was for us to pay $200 for an inspection. And then what?! No thanks. ***** this company for flooring at ALL COSTS. Choose something more expensive if you need to. Just dont go with Empire. Our family of 7 now has a garbage floor we have to live with till we can scrape together money to redo it. We only had them redone in the first place because of a dishwasher leak. So unbelievably disappointed.Empire Today, LLC

Scam artists.. Paid upfront and then when calling to confirm install date they said they would collect the remainder. I was like what remainder, they said it was another 2700 i'm like s**** you.. i have the contract. then wanted ME to figure it out.. just runEmpire Today, LLC

This is the worst carpet company. I 100 percent regret this purchase. There were defects, poorly cut, poorly tucked, and visible seams. They no called no showed 3 times. They eventually replaced it with a new installation team and the second installation is even worse. Do not buy carpet from this company.Empire Today, LLC

We had our floors installed 5/23 in the kitchen and the bedrooms. Initially, the floors looked great. Then I noticed cracking and lifting of the flooring in the kitchen. We then contacted Empire 6/24 told us we had to pay $150.00 for assessment. They came out paid $141.18 for assessment, a few days later we received an e-mail the cost to repair our NEW flooring only a little over a year $559.80,but we can deduct the $141.18 from the total cost. REALLY! What about standing by your product! My husband called and left an e-mail, seeing if they can offer us a better price for repair, NO RESPONSE! So I e-mailed them yesterday 7/4/24 to respond by the end of the day or I contact the BBB, NO RESPONSE! All we want is out floors fixed, we shouldnt have to go through this! I checked my e-mail this morning 7/5/24, before I wrote this. BAD BUSINESS!Empire Today, LLC

I was not happy that I discovered a $750 charge for warranty that was not explained to me and my husband. We were told it was included and no one explained the pricing detail breakdown. I did not get 50% off as advertised and was totally taken advantage of with this service contract we do not want and will be calling to cancel in the am. I spent $8k and do not appreciate this sneaky business approach.Empire Today, LLC
