First off, they tore up all my wood baseboards during the installation and I spent several hours restaining them. Secondly, the salesman never told me about "carpet shading", where the vacuum leaves obvious light and dark streaks, and every footprint shows. Apparently (I learned by googling after the fact), this is normal with plush carpet. Wish I would have know that before hand because now that I've spent over $9000 to recarpet my house - I HATE IT.
