It took a while but *** was very thorough to make sure every concern and request was Addressed. He asked great questions about what we wanted and was able to guide us to the right choices. We purchased plank and carpet and although a little more than our budget, he got us an amazing price for the whole job. I cant wait to get it installed!Empire Today, LLC

The service was great! The ***resentative assured me I have a 25 year warranty on my floors and anything that is wrong with my floors Empire will fix.I installed my floors 1/23/23 throughout my home.The bedroom floor is lifting off the plywood at the base of the room. I filed a claim, the ***resentative asked me to take pictures.A couple days ********* called and told me my claim was denied because it was not an accident based on what I told the ***resentative: which was, I cannot tell you exactly what happened I was not at home. Based on that statement it was determined it was not an *********** not lying to anyone to get floors that has a 25 year warranty to be fixed. So I should be a liar in order to get a warranty claim paid.I spent $8.894.00 for floors that I was told buy one room get the other 1/2 off:which was not true but I did them because the *** promoted that the floors that I got were better than the ones that were advertised and I would have a 25 year warranty. All lies.Please do not fall in the same trap. I work very hard for my money. Sadly, I was tricked into buying a more expensive product for falsified information.Empire Today, LLC

We selected Empire Today to redo four rooms in our home, three with laminate flooring and the fourth with carpeting. The carpet started to fray at a seam and on stairway within a year and they sent someone to repair(glue) the fraying at the seam. That repair lasted a few months and was no longer covered under warranty when it started to fray again. The laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining area were supposed to be a durable, water resistant flooring but after 5 years many of the panels have bowed at the edges and separated in many places and they "click" when you step on them as edges slide past each other. Of course it is out of warranty and I will likely have to replace or try to repair it now. I would definitely discourage anyone from using Empire today based on my experience.Empire Today, LLC

Wow! I thought I was calling to get big company service at a discount. All that talk of 50% off. And all the special deals the salesman could get me. He even called in and had that fake "car dealer" discussion with the office so that if I signed right then I would get the best price. This is not about my salesman who was excellent! This is clearly company policy and procedure. Knowing as much as I do about home improvement I asked what the materials would cost once I heard the unfathomable prices. I had already researched purchasing flooring myself. After lots of calculating and seeing that I was persisting they admitted it was $19 per sq foot! All these materials can be bought at places like ********** for between $2-$6 per sq foot. What's up with that Empire!I bet the response below will read, "this is not the experience that we wish for our customers..." but these tactics were clearly part of there regular procedures. The whole carpet buying experience was smoother than I anticipated. The sales representative was on time, the installation team was quick and professional. They did an excellent job. The carpet is not the most expensive, but it is of great quality and I definitely got my moneys worth.Empire Today, LLC
