Project completed on August 6 2024 right on time. The installers were so dedicated they stayed well past hours to complete the flooring. Replaced ceramic tile with Luxury Vinyl Plank and it looks fantastic. The project went smooth throughout the whole process from the moment we requested an appointment online. We would definitely recommend Empire-Today to friends. Cant say enough good things.Empire Today, LLC

Empire Today Service Warranty is horrible. I had two spots for accidently spillage and that should be covered by the warranty. Adjuster came out and noted the spill damaged but also noticed no moisture barrier was installed so I have moisture coming from under the floor.At no time was I told this during install and 2 years later my floors need to be replaced and they want to charge me for their mistake. I was never asking for all new floors only 3 panels to be replaced. I spent so much money to have floors installed only to have them installed incorrectly.I will never use this company again or recommend them.Empire Today, LLC

Beware! They tell you 50% off & give quote for $7500 then sad its $3700 with the 50% off!! Such a scam!! Then the salesman will call a manager asking for a discount which they gave $500. I had another quote from a different company for 2700 so I knew the $7500 was incorrect! The sales agent booked the job saying that my uneven floor could be fixed by the installers. When the workers came today, they said they cannot do that type of repair work, so my job had to be canceled. Now I need to wait 10 days for my refund of my deposit.Also, please check your contracts before signing as the sales agent put the full price of 3700 minus my deposit saying I owe 2500 one day of installation. He put in the small print on page 3 the $500 off which looked like it was already deducted. I had to call the company and get a new contract to say I owed 1900. Just a scam all around Im sure the sales agent just want it a larger price for his commission..And I also find it unprofessional to not get a phone call a day or two before saying what time the workers will arrive. I got an automated Call at 7:15 AM the day of the project. A worker did call me 20 minutes before arriving.Needless to say, I am very disappointed and upset and cannot even get the other contractor as I canceled that job when accepting Empire please do your research before hiring this company.Empire Today, LLC

They were wonderful. 1500 Sq. Ft change out of carpet and old hardwood to high Quality laminate! Excellent from start to finish! Kim was a great consultant.. communicative, honest. Installation crew was the best I’ve ever had in my 78 yrs of life! Francisco and his crew not only had old out and new in, in 2.5 days. The work was excellent, crew was hard working, respectable to our home and us. Had onsite visit from a gal to check on project. And phone calls from customer service all 3 days to check on how things were going! I would highly recommend them.!Empire Today, LLC
