      In December of 2020 my husband and I had LVP flooring and Carpet installed in our house by the Colorado Springs branch. It's been terrible from the beginning. They took inches off of the steps by putting a 2x4 at the back of it and then attaching the LVP. We now have multiple places cracking and peeling. And we are being told we have to pay for the fix because we are out of warranty. On top of also being told the floor is scratch resistant and it's clearly not. DO NOT go with Empire today. They are a scam. They had to put a layer on the subfloor to make it all level but it didn't work so now there's movement and it's causing the tiles to crack where they put the barrier down. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of recommending my friend to use Empire as well, and they had issues with their flooring too, including something underneath their LVP popping up through the floor, It almost looked and felt like a nail or a screw. We were also promised an Amazon gift card for the referral and never received anything. The actual representative that came and helped us and my friend stopped responding to calls and emails after we both signed.

      5 Stars is for the representative, ****. He was friendly and provided me with options based on what I wanted. Granted, Empire Flooring doesn't have the color flooring I want in any of your products. However, **** did his best!! I appreciate the time he took.I give Empire Flooring a 2 on available color options.

      Company Rep was very professional and courteous. He listened carefully to what my wife and I wanted and came back from his vehicle with several samples to choose from. It was nice to pick out a carpet, measure, and pay all in one visit.

      Okay let's start off by saying that if you are trying to be a sales rep get rid of the electronic distance measure device. You gotta go conventional tape measure it's tried and true. If you are not good with reading measurements you should be trained on it. Because of the "advanced" technology and hiccup on the layout of my floor plan part of my carpet was able to be done and I am waiting two extra days to move in my furniture having to keep paying for storage. But, the silver lining in all this is that the carpet installer was very professional and good at his job. Fixed the hiccups and kept everything flowing as best he could. So thank you for that. I guess that was my biggest pet peeve.

      Empire Today sent their rep out TJ, and ended up selling me $65,000.00 worth of flooring. The original floor that I was sold on ended up being "out of stock" so I settled for something else... ** told me it would be 2-3 days of installation. Well, turns out we are on day day 12, they told me it will be AT LEAST another 5 days before they can finish because they ran out of stock of the 2nd option. They also ended up charging me another $20,000.00 and the floor is not finished. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EMPIRE TODAY! The entire crew speaks Portuguese too, so it has been a challenge communicating. Definitely DO NOT recommend!

      A wonderful experience- great salesman, variety of products, comparable pricing, scheduling of quick installation- and best part they come to you to measure and you can pick out everything and get it scheduled all in one day! Our salesman made it a very efficient and pleasant experience . I highly recommend!

      On July 3, 2024, Empire salesman ******************* came to my home to sell me carpet. I already know the exact style and color that I wanted and he just had to take measurements. Prior to leaving, he advised that they were going to install it on Monday, July 8th. I rearranged my schedule and then den that the carpet was being installed in for the upcoming installation. Around 4:30 PM on July 8th, I was concerned that nobody was showing up. I texted salesman *******************, getting no response. I then called Empire directly to be advised that he he installation was scheduled for August 5th. I was quite upset being that I rearranged everything for the date that the salesman had promised me, but I wanted the carpet and agreed to wait until August. August 5th came where I again rearranged my schedule and cleared out my den. The installers arrived on time. However, they brought with them the the incorrect color carpet and measurements. At this point I was quite upset. I received a text afterwards from ************** apologizing and asking what color carpet I had ordered. You would think he would have this information from when he took the order? I provided him with that information and he told me the installers would be there on Thursday, August 8th. Great. I was giving them one more chance because I really just wanted the carpet. Wednesday, August 7th, I received a text and email from Empire now advising my carpet installation was once again delayed until August 22nd. I proceeded to text salesman ******************* without response once again. From there, I had enough of the lies and false promises and decided to take my business elsewhere cancelling my account with **********************. I truly do not understand how this company stays in business as they lack customer service, honesty, and integrity.
