DO NOT RECOMMEND, AT ALL. With the lack of enough characters to write out this complaint regarding the bad experience I had, I am forced to write in general of what occurred. In regards to the poor experience I had with this company today, (regarding 1 of the 2 jobs assigned for my house for today and next week), this company demonstrated poor customer service on the phone, extremely poor interpersonal office communication within the company, plus the inconsistency of each employee's lack of knowledge of required standard company policy regarding payments, job assigment duties and more, to communciate with me.***** (day's manager) and his employees didn't communicate with each other regarding the 2 air duct and air/heat furnace cleanings we needed for our house. Prior to today, (the morning of the job assigned), I've never spoken to *****. The morning of the 1st job assigned, ***** called me and was disturbingly rash, assuming and unprofessional towards me. Without speaking to me first, he demanded a deposit was needed before the day's job was to begin. When the original appointment was made a month prior, ***** at the company mentioned a deposit was required. The female employee said to me that I could pay the serviceman when he completed the job. (For the record, deposits are to be made in advance for jobs prior to the job date, not the morning of the job).After attempting to calm ***** down on the phone as he was still lashing out at me, he finally read her notes and admitted to me that her notes she had written, were not made clear and he could not even understand what she wrote. During the course of the day of the job, I communicated with 4 different employees regarding when the serviceman was to arrive (originally setup for 12pm-5pm) and each employee, including ***** had different answers as to what time the serviceman was to come, despite the original appointment made. I decided I had enough and canceled both jobs. Again, not recommended.

Had my HVAC system replace JULY 2022 after my AC failed. My heat was fine before that, they convinced me to replace both because of the age of the unit. I've had some problems since having this installed. Since Winter when Temperature get 20 degrees or lower I have to run my heat most all day. I believe they installed under size HVAC for the size of my house. The last time someone was out ,Specialist ***************************. I was told they would upsize my system, that was about 1 1/2 months ago. Called for the last two weeks asked to speak to manager no call backKing HVAC Systems, LLC

1 starTHIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY DON'T RESPECT THIER CUSTOMERS. I applied for maintenance services to be done in winter and spring at an extra cost of $78 making the total to be $228. twice per year. In the end my bill came out to $259.50. Turns out they replaced a water filter for my humidifier without my knowledge at a cost of $35. Which can easily be purchased at the local ********** for $12.50. When I brought it to their attention they would not come down on the price. After no apology or even to lower their price I have cancelled my services with them. Even at that point, still no apology. He claimed that I was nickel and diming him!!! In my opinion, it is better to take your business elsewhere where you are valued, this place has scam all over it.
