      In November my husband and I were planning to file bankruptcy. We contacted ********************* and spoke to a lawyer by the name of ****, He informed us that as soon as we paid the retainer of $500 they would work on getting the garnishment stopped. We paid the $500 in November and started payment arrangements were they took $150 every two weeks. The garnishment was not stopped until the end of February. We also told them we wanted to keep our vehicle and continue with that loan. Our vehicle was repossessed on May 16th. When we called the creditor, they informed us that they tried reaching out lawyers but received no response. Now I have been calling for over a week and no one will respond to my call. They also still owe me money from the garnishment and our state taxes were taken

      I use this business to file bankruptcy. I have been paying for the services in the same like I cannot get the services completed. When I first started using their services I was on a payment plan of $50 I had became pregnant and then I worked they told me that they would hold my case and once I started back, they will start my case over we got to that part and start paying then they put late fees on there so it boosted my case up higher when I got to $500 which was told to me that my case will start then and then I can finish paying Then I was told that my case was on desk and that they have not started. It was their fault after that then I kept getting calls about payments and late fees that I was behind but then they told me that they could not start my file because they feel like I wouldnt finish paying, but that was not the agreement , then I keep asking for receipts so I would know how much I didnt pay them this far they only kept giving me a balance and saying that I was still 1500 or so so the beginning of 2024 I paid $735 which left my balance at $170. I keep calling him to find out. When is my case going to be started. I cannot talk to no one they give me the runaround, everybodys always at lunch, and then my case getting passed around to this person this person only time I can talk with someone is when somebody calling me about another payment today April 5, 2024. I called today now they saying that this person I believe his name he said **** and now hes over my case but he cannot tell me if he can follow without me paying the $170 I refuse to pay the $170 because now I feel like theyre ripping me off . I asked for a receipts once again, he told me he will put in for that. Im pretty sure I will get the receipts. I will only get a total balance and I feel like its gonna be less than what I paid so I am reaching out to get this resolved, Im not asking for money back. I want the product I want my case to be filed.
