      Disappointed with this dealership sales process. The length of time to purchase was excessive, over 6 hours (over two days), actual price was difficult to get, with them pushing more payment than their actual best deal. After repeatedly telling them NO on any additional warranty or maintenance plans (which the finance manager seemed frustrated by) the finance manager then tried to hide a Napleton Maintenance Plan in the contract and then hide the documents by placing them in an envelope and taping it shut. All the signed documents weren't even given to me in the envelope.I had to call back to have the plan removed. After looking at the other reviews, this seems to be a problem with their dealerships.

      I went to purchase a 2021 Jeep Cherokee that was advertised online at Napletons *****************. When I was presented with the purchase agreement, the selling price was $4000 more than was advertised. After telling my salesperson, that was not the advertised price, he bought out a manager who brought out papers with market comparisons. I told him that was irrelevant since the advertised purchase price was $4000 less. Two days later, my husband called and talked to someone who insisted the purchase price was the online price, so we told them we were ready to purchase, made an appointment, and we drove over an hour to get there. After our salesman spent 20 minutes talking with a manager, he came out to tell us the car sold an hour before. He then tried to sell us a new car which we were not interested in, nor did it have the tow package we required. Eventually they apologized and said they would send us a gift card for our inconvenience (still waiting). After leaving we received a call from online sales asking how it went, we said that the car apparently sold before we got there. He said he shows it still available and hed get to the bottom of it and call us back (still waiting). A friend who had inquired about the vehicle received calls for almost a week after we were told it had sold saying it was available and to make an appointment to drive it. This is fraud!! Do not do business here!

      I tried to buy a used ***************** price quoted as sales price was $43,000. When presented with the final price they added $2500 for tinted windows, nitrogen inflation of tires and a ****** protective package,none of which I wanted. They told me it was part of the car but could not explain why they didnt quote me the full asking price until the last minute!The manager explained this was part of the fine print and legal!I lost trust in the integrity of the dealer ship and still await an explanation.*****************

      NEVER BUY AN USED CAR FROM THEM!!I saw a *** 750 IX, 2018 Model on the internet. I called the Porsche Dealer and sent them an offer. They told me they have a few more offers and if the car will still be available on Monday then they will accept my offer. Monday morning I got a call from them, and they said they accepted my offer. They sent me an invoice which was $500 higher then the offer price. Before buying the car I asked them for the inspection reports, and they suggested for me to go to the *** dealership which was closest to their dealership. They told me they will drop the car and pick it up once the inspection (costed me $400) was completed. I got the itemized inspection reports which revealed no issues with the car. I drove 6 hours to go pick up the car out of state. After driving 2 weeks my car had major issues. The Coolant hose started leaking. I went to the *** and got the quote of $4000 to fix the car despite getting a extended warranty from Porsche. But when I called they said they cant cover the cost of the hoses. My Sales **********************, was very rude to me and said he cant do anything and why didnt you check the car before buying it. I was told the inspection report was normal at time of buying, and I asked him why the cosmetic damages were not mentioned on the Internet. He said he didnt have time to post everything on the internet. I feel like I was lied to and the original condition of the car was not revealed to **** will never buy a car from the downtown ******* Porsche dealership as they are very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

      Purchased a CPO vehicle April 2022. Immediately after the "dealer" warranty expired (after having care in for service 3 times in 5 months) an expensive repair was required and suddenly they didnt have record was CPO. They eventually resolved - i requested a copy of the signed CPO agreement at time of purchase and still have not received. Had brake job (including rotors) in May 2022 and 10 months **** miles later (*********** vehicle) I'm told that rotor is severely rusted (HOW) and need new brakes; and the work done less than a year ago is not under warranty (not even parts). One of the worst overall customer experiences from sales to service I've had. Broken promises, lack of follow through, shotty service work. Would not recommend Ed ********************** to anyone who is looking to purchase due to lack of integrity.

      New customer to the ********* ********************** Ram dealer. I went to purchase a new truck today and was treated unprofessionally by the sales manager and general manager. My dad retired from Chrysler which allows ** to purchase vehicles at a discount t through a program if the dealership participates. They acknowledged they participated but did not want to work with me. I decided to leave but then decided to talk with an owner who turns out to be the general manager. I tried to talk with him and he just cut me off not wanting to listen so I asked him to not cut me off so I could explain. He yelled at me to leave and yelled multiple times at me using the f word. Im sure the whole dealership heard this. I have purchased at least 6 autos from dodge in the past. This gm was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. 0 star rating.

      Has been *********************** since literally the day after bringing our used car home. Day of purchase the battery shorted and I was assured it was just loose cables and they fixed it there. The next day the check engine light came on and it ended up sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks (conveniently the entire length of the warranty.) Fixed a faulty airbag (which shouldn't have been allowed off the lot) and a thermostat and was again assured that all of the problems were addressed. Fast forward less than 2 weeks and the check engine light is back on, the oil change light is on and the battery light is on. The battery is shot (which they clearly knew upfront), and more work needs to be done to fix the check engine codes which I'm assuming they knew as well and chose not to fix and it immediately needed an oil change, during which leaks and other issues were found. I haven't even had this car in my possession for a month and the headaches have been never-ending. Beware of purchasing a used vehicle here!!

      I gave them cash to hold the vehicle I was going to purchase while I went to get a money order for the full amount of the vehicle. They kept the cash that I gave them to hold the vehicle. The vehicle wasnt even ready when I returned. They didnt apply the cash I gave them to total of the car. I called my sales man **** he has yet to return my phone call.

      *************************, we're extremely disappointed to hear that you left our dealership unsatisfied. According to our records you gave us a $200 deposit and later in the day brought the remainder of the money from the bank. The $200 was indeed applied to the deal.

      THE WORST AND NOTHING is exactly what you will get from this place. A year ago, I purchased a $75k+ vehicle from here. They were very persuasive in getting me to purchase a $3k tire and rim coverage, due to having black rims. I fell for it, and the coverage has proven to be anything but actual coverage for damage on the rims. They have "touched up" my rims twice through my warranty coverage and it is so awful, I could have done a better job with a sharpie. I requested the rims be completely sanded and redone. It's been 2 months, and I've heard nothing from them. I've followed up several times as well and just get put off. I also purchased 4 new tires and alignment in September for nearly $3k. I called two weeks before this appointment and requested the same all season Michelin tires I had on my vehicle to be ordered for replacement. Two days after I dropped my vehicle off, they sent a text saying they couldn't get the Michelin tires in. I was told they can put a Continental tire on that was very similar. I agreed to the "similar tire". Less than ***** miles later I was in an accident where I spun out on the freeway, and a semi truck was within a foot of taking me out. I took my car to the local Audi dealership and told them what happened. They said my tires were bald and needed to be replaced ASAP. I said that is impossible, they are brand new! Turns out, this ******** dealership put continental summer performance tires on my car that lasted less than ***** miles. **** I drive a GLE... it's a SUV, not a performance vehicle. Two, why are summer tires being put on my car only months before winter?!! I nearly lost my life to this mistake made by them. When I confronted them on the issue and brought them the bald tires, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. I can't wait to serve them the lawsuit they deserve.
