The dealership loads every order up with all kinds of warranties, the key warranties, a dent warranty interior warranty, extended warranty things that are not needed are just add it on. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

They would not service my Jeep because I didnt buy it from them. Refused to look up my warranty information, my jeep is covered under warranty and an extended warranty. I did not buy it from them and the service guy was upset about that. This place is horrible!!

Not a good experience here I bought my car back in April and my good ***** bought a car a few days after me. I was told by the sales *** who no longer works at the company ** receive a referral bonus of 200$ for referring my friend to buy a Tesla a few days after I bought mine. Its been 5 months and now Im being refused payment on something I was promised. Cancelling my warranties have been a hassle here as well, cant connect through to the finance team ever. It always redirects your call to the main menu so youre forced to go inside and speak with them

On 4/26/24 Napletons *** replaced the original 12 volt battery on my 2019 *** **** PHEV. The total charge was $237.81 and it stated on the receipt there was a 12 month warranty on parts and labor. On 7/9/24 the 12 volt battery failed and could not be charged above 4 volts. We had the vehicle towed to Napletons where they performed diagnostic testing on the vehicle and replaced the 2 month old battery. The total charge for the diagnostic, the new battery, and labor (including the removal of a GPS tracking device they found) was $773.59. I asked why the battery wasnt covered under warranty and was told the warranty was void because of the after-market GPS device. We are the original owners, paid cash for vehicle, and knew nothing about a tracking device. Through some sleuthing I learned that the dealer in ************** who sold us the car obtained it from a dealership in *** Summit who told me they put trackers on all their new cars and assured me that the device was not activated and would not account for battery failure. The original battery lasted 5 years with the tracker in place. The battery Napletons put in last 2 months. When the service adviser and the service manager at Napletons were presented with this information they ghosted me. Contacting national *** ******** ******* was a waste of time. They empathized with my situation but told me after much delay that they couldnt do anything. My only take away is that, while *** makes great cars, dont have them serviced at Napletons.

Once we decided on a car, we were then told the price of the car online was incorrect. They added over $4k on to the price of the car to make it "certified". This car was not listed online as certified pre owned, so why the extra charges? They attempted to upsell to a brand new car right off the bat. Left without purchasing and will not return

This is an unfortunate and disheartening story. We had no choice but to inform the bank to freeze and cancel a $40K check made out to Napleton Clermont due to significant discrepancies with the 2023 Tesla Model Y we purchased. The car, which had ***** miles on it, was originally priced at $42K and later reduced, yet it still didnt align with the $38K price listed on TrueCar.com.Upon receiving the vehicle, we were shocked by its poor condition. It was extremely dirty, far from what we had expected. **** Alsughair, the salesman we dealt with, misrepresented the cars condition when we signed the contract. It hadnt been cleaned, the battery wasnt fully charged, and the tire pressuresupposed to be at 42 PSIwas well below that on all tires. Additionally, the tires had not been rotated since the car had reached ***** miles, a fact the cars computer system on the Tesla monitor clearly ************ the end, we returned and dumped the 2023 Tesla Model Y to Napleton Clermont, handed it back with both key cards, and walked away with peace of mind. They never contacted us afterward, seemingly left to swallow their pride.Let this story serve as a warning to all buyers: always check *********** for accurate pricing, and never sign a contract until youve meticulously inspected the vehicle for any issues.

My *********** were going to purchase a Challenger from **** of ************, which is part of the Napleton Automotive group. We had been dealing with salesman for almost a week. He had taken our license information so that he could prepare the paperwork with his manager on a Friday. We had keep in contact with him over the weekend and into the following week (which happened to be a holiday weekend). We told the salesman that we would be coming to pick up the car on that following Tuesday, after the holiday. We were traveling 6 hours to pick up this car. We had filled out a credit app, which their finance **** ran immediately, and had given them a $1000 deposit. The traffic was horrendous that day, so we kept in contact with our salesman the entire time to let him know we were trying our best to get there. He told us the dealership closed at 6pm, which we came to find out later was a lie, they were actually open later. Thinking they were only open until 6, we eventually let the salesman know that we would not make it before they closed. He said it was not a problem, the car would be held for us because we had filled out a credit app, were going to use their financing and had given a deposit. Because of the distance we had decided to purchase plane tickets to fly there and drive the car back together. At 8pm that same Tuesday, we received a call saying that they had sold the car to someone else! My husband and I were floored! We couldn't believe this! How could that happen. The ** and Sales Manager both told us that they did not know about the deal that our salesman had made with us, so they had sold the car to someone else. Are you kidding me!! How could they not have known after 5 days and paperwork had been prepared, etc?!? The Sales team at this dealership is extremely dishonest, disrespectful and CANNOT be trusted! STIR CLEAR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I took my truck to this location to have a garnish piece repaired around my windshield.I took it there once for them to diagnose the problem, they told me that they had to order the piece and set a follow up apt. The day of the follow up apt I dropped my truck off and they had it from 8:30 AM until 5 PM before letting me know that it was finished. I Ubered back again to get my truck and received an itemized bill showing the warranty claim for the piece that they ordered and for the labor of fixing it. Two days later it rained heavily and the piece that they "fixed" came back up and I realized they didn't fix it at all, they super glued it down to my windshield. It was still the same piece. I went up to the dealership and no one had any answers or resolution, just that this was "unacceptable" and offered for me to leave my truck with them again to see what they could do.I refused to leave my truck there again and requested the name and number of the piece ordered so that I could go somewhere else and have someone actually fix it and they couldn't find the name or SKU number for the piece. I don't believe the ever even ordered it.They also never addressed the fact that they gave me a fake itemized receipt and filed a warranty claim on a piece that they never ordered or fixed.I left more than 4 voicemails to ******* *********, the service department manager, and never received a call back. I left a negative ****** review and that same day received a call from someone there who offered me a $150 **** gift card if I would remove the negative posted and told me that they have fired most of the service department since then and replaced the staff so it wont happen to anyone again. Wild experience.
