      I was lied to multiple times by a finance manager named *********************, I was told I had to purchase 3 services contracts to ensure a 4% interest rate however I could cancel them at any time but when I tried to ********************* told me I would only get $72 out of the $4200 I spent on the service contracts which was a lie to persuade me into keeping the contracts. She told many other lies

      Shady dealings posted price online, then we I got there the price went up front $10,500 to ********* after 1.5 hour drive one way. Do not walk run from this business.

      My vehicle is currently has been with the dealership for over 40 days and still has not been resolved. The communication regarding the estimates are done verbally in trying to make the customer feel as they are working through the issues. The totals that were disclosed via phone and what they are trying to invoice are more than double. This dealership does not provide formal estimates for approval, and they do not itemize the breakdown of customer cost. The experience from the ********************** in subpar. The vehicle went in for heavy maintenance and all fluids on the vehicle were left low. When this was brought to their attention, all I was told they would be happy to top off the fluids. Tools were left in the engine bay, sockets and parts were left in the cup holder and all of this was documented and giving to the service department with no action or accountability. Steer away from this dealership as the service comes with no accountability or interest in trying to work with the customer. I have spent over $7K in repairs and now almost another $2K for undisclosed labor rate amounts. I've contacted MaseratiUSA to submit a formal complaint and this can be found by calling ***************************** number can be found online on ****** search. Do not make the same mistake I have made.

      They lie and say a specific car is there just to get you in and then tell you that it was sold. I keep getting called and emailed and it feels like harassment at this point. They dont let up and they dont get the message that I dont want to be contacted anymore.

      I recently visited ************ to check out a Jeep Compass I was interested in. I informed them that I would have the necessary bank paperwork ready as long as they sent what they needed to my credit union. They assured me everything was fine, but the next day, I found out they had sold the car!To make matters worse, I checked their inventory out of curiosity and saw the exact same Jeep Compass still listed. I called the dealership and spoke with a different salesperson who confirmed they had the vehicle. They promised to call me back, but its now been over three hours, and I havent heard a thing.This dealerships lack of communication and professionalism is beyond frustrating. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time and money. Find another place that actually cares about their customers.

      I bought a vehicle and in between pick up they damaged my vehicle and was blaming it on me. Then after the negative ****** review they Reviewed footage of their cameras and saw that one of their employees damaged my car. My car is still damaged! I highly recommend no one buying a vehicle from here and I am not going to ever buy a vehicle from this dealership again.

      This rating is 0! First they made an appointment for me to see and car and I got there and the car was being worked on in the bay. Wasted gas and time. The only reason I made the appointment is because ********* sad I could negotiate the price. My daughter found the same car in her search and we test drove. While I was out, I got pulled over by the police because he thought I stole the car. when I told the salesman he said they always do it. I complained about how they needed to change their procedures b cau I was a black woman in a whir dominated city driving a known stolen car with no plates. He and the aggressive manager told me they were black and Mexican as if they negated my experience due to their improper procedures. I hope the dealer gives the sensitivity training and a course in soft skills. I could have royally cursed them out, but not giving them any of my money is better. They appeared sexist and aggressive to me and I hope the never sale another car!

      Avoid this dealership, they are liars and negotiate in bad faith. Our salesperson ******* originally told us he could get the car we were looking for from another dealer and we agreed on a price. Once we signed the paperwork to start a credit application he told us he did not actually have confirmation that he could get that car, and it turned out they could not.Thankfully they got another one in and we moved forward with that one which was to be delivered in a few days. Went in to finish the financing paperwork and right before we went to sign the loan application they told us "sorry we have to raise the price $500". We only agreed to purchase the vehicle here because they beat the price of another dealership. ***** the "manager" (not listed as one on the website) came out and talked to us with one of the worst and rudest attitudes I have experienced in sales and basically told us they would not honor the price we agreed to or do anything to make it right and everyone just blamed it on the ** who we never got to talk to.The day after all of this I look on the website and see the vehicle we are purchasing, same VIN, listed for a price lower than what we agreed to even though they told us they could not do the price we originally agreed to.Moral of the story is that this is a shady dealer looking for ways to s**** over their customers and do not care about them, just making money for the **. Definitely will not be purchasing another car from here or taking my new car here for servicing.

      I'm disappointed and fustrated with Napleton Acura at ******** because I have been using their services since I purchased my MDX. I took my MDX for routine maintenance, and they returned my car with a cracked windshield from top to bottom. I tried to speak to the manager, and all they keep saying is that the manager is busy. I returned 2 days later, and manager **** told me his boss said they were not responsible for it, I sent an email to the general manager he did not answer. A polite lady called me back, and she stated that the managers decided not to pay for the windshiel, and they are not going to take responsibility for the issue. If they are not responsible, then who is? It took 2 months for me to receive that answer since they cracked the windshield. It is not fair that I brought my car for a oil change and walked out with a broken windshield. Since last year their services declined very badly. The last 2 maintenance appointments were very frustrating on the previous one they changed my appointment 3 times a day before my appointment. I let them know that I had a recall notification and their answer was we will call you when were ready to take care of your car it'sbeen months since they told me that, and no call is being received from them.

      Purchased a brand new vehicle several years back. I opted for the extended warranty and was told it would be refundable minus the difference.I ended up selling the vehicle a year later to a dealership rendering the extended warranty obsolete.I had moved out of state and everyone I spoke to at the dealership gave me the run around.************************* gave me an email to send my purchasing documents too, went **** Etc.
