I have had a ~2 year service experience with the dealership trying to get my vehicle repaired. Summary: after repairs trying to identify/fix a constant vibrating over 50mph and during braking. April 2022 they show in their system the front brake rotors were machined whereas the service documents show cost/PN's of having the brake rotors replaced. Further I have texts with a service employee from April 2022 saying the rotors had arrived and they were installing new ones. This was while I was leasing the vehicle, then began ~2 years of taking it to this *** or the Napleton *** of Fishers, having multiple inspections performed, tests run, tires and other components changed. Then I decided to buy the car in April 2024 which at that time I had the 20k full maintenance and inspection done under warranty. A different service advisor told me at that point (and I have documentation) that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. THEN I dropped the vehicle off mid-May 2024 for a recall and asked them to check YET AGAIN why there were pulsations when braking and at higher speeds. Since I own the vehicle now, they MAGICALLY found the issue and stated I needed to purchase 2x new rotors with labor at $1600 (their part pricing = $395.83 per rotor, *** online factory/manufacturing pricing MSRP = $230.90 per rotor, even cheaper at $153 currently with Memorial Day sale). I asked many times why I am having to replace the rotors, they stated it was because THEY machined them down when trying to fix vibration issues. THEY machined the rotors down, thinning the material and stated BECAUSE they were machined that I needed to pay to replace them despite the issue laying with their original improper assessment and servicing of the vehicle. DO NOT take your car here for service, it is a price gouging scheme where the customer is taken advantage of fully. Over the last 2.5 years I am out ~$8k of my own money. *** corporate does not hold dealerships accountable and the dealership does not care.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a couple small things. I had an early appt scheduled. Although I should have gotten my car back, or at least gotten a call by the afternoon, I had to call them only to be told my car hadnt been looked at yet. The next day was the same deal no call, when I called in the afternoon they said the car may get in the following day. I asked to speak to management no call back. After trying to speak to a manager three times I ended up going to the dealership the following morning to speak with him. He assured me I would get a call by noon that day, which I did. I was told Id have to wait for my car at least another day. Of course they had no loaner available and, conveniently, the rental car company was closed when they called to get me a car. (Although they knew I needed a car at noon and they rental place closed at 5) So now Ill be at least four days without my car instead of the one I was expecting. Their customer service is severely lacking. It almost seems that everyone has been told to be as vague as possible and to hold off on making any decisions as long as possible. I have never been treated with so much disregard.

This dealership deserves 0 stars. BEWARE, they will **** you! PLEASE READ THEIR BBB REVIEWS! My husband and I bought a 2021 ***** Civic on 4/26. After several hours of looking at other cars, we were going to leave but the manager came over and asked us if wed consider a car over our price range because he could work with us. We agreed. After discussing a price, the salesman, ****, comes back with a piece of paper that says does this price work for you.. it was $27,000. The price of the car on the website was $23,500. We said absolutely not. He added in a ton of BS we told him we didnt want. We went back and forth several times and finally the manager comes out after we were going to walk away. He took the price down to $22,500. We had $6,000 in cash to put down. We brought our own pre-approval but he said we should work with their finance team because that credit union has higher rates. We agreed and my husband filled out a new credit report. When my husband got into the finance room, the finance manager asked him about extended warranties and he stated again, we just want the car. I left my husband there to finish the paperwork. My husband was told someone would call us in 5-7 business days to see if we wanted to pick up the title or have it shipped. Its been almost 2 weeks and NO ONE has called. However, the finance paperwork came and the car was financed for $21,000! The car should only be financed for $16,500. Ironically, we called our salesman, ****, a few days after the car was purchased to ask him where all the paperwork we signed was. He told us it comes with the title. Were confident the dealership added a warranty we didnt agree upon which is why they are withholding the title and the paperwork. PLEASE SEE REVIEW FROM **** BELOW! Her experience is EXACTLY what we experienced. Were hoping the dealership will make it right or were getting an attorney involved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me and didnt rotate my tires I know this because I have 1 tire that doesnt match due to a nail in the tire a while back. Now I cant get ahold of anyone from service. Save your money and do not go to this place.

I purchased a 2014 ******* from ************** some 5 years or so ago, he has been an excellent Sales person and contact for our needs over the years and we related in him evening purchasing the same car. Eventually, Napleton agreed to handle the issues and had my car towed from ******** in ********** all free of charge, but it still took several more week for them to begin on the repairs, that caused the car to have been making noises. Over another 2 mos or so I had to hound employees down, including *** in the service department to see what was going on with the vehicle. Finally, 6-8 weeks or so later, the work was done but only the timing chain, which kept the car from making any noises but there was much more to be done. I was desperate and needed my car to make it to work, so I picked it up from them. I no longer wanted the warranty due to all of the difficulties we had been put through over those grueling 3months or so but a week later ********* promised that 90% of the remaining work could be done if I re-activated and kept the warranty, I was hesitant but I did as instructed because I kept getting calls from *** and follow-**** I even asked the ****************** if that was true because I was tainted by the way I had been treated.Fast forward, I got the warranty all up to date and it seems like we are back at square one. It is hard for me to get in contact with ************************** gave me the wrong information. When I asked her what additional information needed to be down, she told me the system indicated the timing chain, but that was supposedly what was just done.I took it to a third-party auto shop yesterday and was told I was driving in a death trap! There are more issues to be done with the vehicle besides the lower right control arm and turbo. It seems both control arms are broken, along with the turbos, springs are broken. I want to say that I have been extremely patient and am disappointed in the treatment that we have had to endure through this all.

Tried to buy a vehicle today from Napleton VW, based on their posted price on Autotrader.com. The sales manager informed me that they would not sell the vehicle to me unless I purchased aftermarket warranty plans. He also tacked on miscellaneous other fees. After his attempt to scam me out of thousands of dollars, which l refused to pay, l went online and read about the company. Their scam tactics are commonplace and the public should be warned.

This is the most incompetent dealer I've every seen.I bought a car on March 5 via online sales from ********. They shipped the car with no registration so it could not be driven for two weeks until they finally figured out how to provide me with temporary registration from the ****************.By April 22 the temporary registration tag had expired but my state DMV still has no record of this transfer and I still have no title to the car! The car is useless. The dealership usually cannot be contacted directly because no one picks up the phone.Still waiting and have contacted the corporate office.Unbelievable. Legal action is next.
