All consultation fees are non-refundable. Consumer have a three-day cooling off period to cancel certain sales for services for a refund minus consultation fee. The buyer must send EBAC a completed written cancellation notice via text, mail and/or fax within three days to be entitled to a refund minus consultation fee.
