    The worst so called doctor not how you even obtained your so called license in 2009
    I trusted this vet with my cat's life and was completely let down. Despite clear symptoms and my concerns, the vet gave a careless and incorrect diagnosis. No proper testing was done, and I was told everything was fine. My cat's condition quickly got worse, and sadly, we lost him an hour later.
    I truly believe my cat would still be alive if they had taken the situation seriously. This wasn't just an honest mistake -- it was negligence. Cold, dismissive, and rushed.
    If you care about your pet, I strongly advise finding a vet who actually listens, investigates, and treats animals with the attention and urgency they deserve.
    Lisa Lukas on my cats grave I will be reporting you I will be going after your license if it's gonna take me 20 years.

    My girlfriend went to this place to pick up her dog and was standing behind another couple. There was another cashier that had absolutely no one in her line and was doing nothing, but she refused to acknowledge the couple infront of my girlfriend or my girlfriend because everyone was black. We all have been standing in line for at least 15 minutes or longer, but she still refuses to help us. At one point we thought that she was closed until a white individual came into the store and not only did she greet her, but she took her next as soon as she walked into the store. Disregarding the other blacks that has been standing there for a while she allowed a white individual to come into the store and get in front of all of the black people. I am so frustrated, humiliated, upset, and feel so disrespected. I am also very upset that this store would allow a individual to work in there facility.

    The wait times are terrible. You are told to come in at a certain time and then wait for an hour to see anyone. Brought our cat for surgery and after waiting an hour asked how much longer it would be. Was told that they only have one pharmacist and they meet with each pet being dropped off for surgery. Was told there was only one surgery ahead of my cats. When I was finally brought into a room, I was with the pharmacist for no more than 5 minutes. So why did I wait an hour when there was only one ********* of mine and it only takes 5 minutes with the pharmacist? Then my cat came home the next day from surgery, wired and shaken. They should have given her some type of sedative before releasing her if they wanted her to stay calm and not jump on things when she got home which were the instructions given upon her release. Had to take our cat back because she would not calm down. Would not recommend this animal hospital.

    Called to get my newly adopted cat bathed..... Was told to bring all her records (she's up to date on shots) and drop her off between 6:30am and 9am.We get there and they suddenly are like "oh! we have to give her an exam first. That's an additional $65-$85"Uh - no. You aren't our vet - we just want the cat to get brushed and bathed.Nice try. Shady shady. SCAMMERS.....
