    On 1/18/23 I was charged $50 from Fox Bend Counseling with no explanation of this charge. I have a child who has been to this practice but not for over a year prior to this charge. I called and left 5 messages since this charge was made with no return calls. And now the phone line is dead and their website is down. I am seeing another similar complaint w the BBB and it seems they are stealing money from former patients who have credit cards on file. I do want my money refunded asap with security that my card is no longer on file with them. This is literally theft.

    Date of Transactions 1/11/23 and 1/20/23.I was charged $120 on both of these dates by Fox Bend Counseling with no explanation of the charge. My daughter had previously seen a therapist at this center but has not been seen since at least 6/22. Additionally, I have insurance and this would not have been the correct amount even if she was seen. I have called and left 6 messages at ************* regarding questions about these charges and have gotten no return call. I have attempted to go on their website and it says that it is "under construction". I have found online that other people have complained about similar experiences with this company. I would like both charges to be refunded.
