      Started insurance through them June 22nd and June 23rd the finance company I have my car through told me they dont accept them so I called insurance navy the 23rd and cancelled it they told me 3-4 weeks for me to get my refund and it would be a check its July 9th and still cant get a straight answer from them I would not recommend this agency to anyone.quick to take your money but once you cancel they dont call you or takes a hr to get in contact with who you were trying to they hit you with the manager is on the phone can I get your information for them to call you back after they said that I did ask is she really going to call me back then got told I dont know this place should not be open at all

      Insurance Navy was great in getting our new home insurance set up and was even able to offer better rates on auto if we moved it to them as well. They made the process so easy by reviewing both our home and auto policies. I look forward to working with Insurance Navy and if our initial interactions are any indication, we'll be well taken care of!
