On March 15, 2016 BBB contacted the company requesting they provide substantiation of a roofing license for their advertised roofing services in accordance with BBB's Code of Advertising. The company provided the name of a company they claim to use as a subcontractor. When BBB contacted the alleged subcontracted company, they denied any affiliation with All Phases Construction as their roofing subcontractor. On March 30, 2016 BBB sent a letter to the company asking for All Phases Construction to provide a valid roofing license for their advertised roofing services. The company did not respond.
