    Tuffy replaced my alternator with the wrong type, not once by twice, in less than 2 months. They caused further damage while replacing my alternator the first time. And they altered the invoice after the fact and forged my name on it. They are very rude and unethical

    January 25, 2023 Dear BBB,I went to Tuffy ********* Center in **********, ** (Address: **************************; **********, ** *****) on January 19, 2023 for an oil change to my wife's ****** Corolla car, but my wife noticed when she's about to drive this car that there was no air/heat coming out from the car's air vents after I drove back home from this auto repair shop. My wife is not able to drive her car as a result. I called Tuffy and I spoke with ******** (front office staff) and I told her about the aforementioned problem with my wife's car after their repair shop serviced it. She told me to bring the car on this day to their shop to check and/or fix it. When I was there at Tuffy today, ******** and another male staff told me they won't fix/repair the problem because it's my problem. I told them that this car's air/heat was working when I went for an oil change service to their auto repair shop on January 19, 2023. Both ******** and the other front office guy (****) told me they won't fix the problem until I pay for the repair. Again, I told them they need to fix the air/heat because it was working before I went to their repair shop (Tuffy) on January 19, 2023. Both of them said no to fix the air/heat on my wife's car. **** was very rude and sarcastic to me when I said I have been their customer for a long time and I expect them to service our car right and professionally. He (****) even told me he doesn't care if I have been a long time customer of ********************** and I have to pay for the air/heat. I told both of them again that the air/heat was working before they serviced my wife's car for an oil change on January 19, 2023. Both of them told me firmly they won't fix the air/heat because it's my problem and not theirs. ******** was very impolite and **** was very rude and sarcastic talking to me.To whom this may concern at BBB, please help! We believe/trust in you to help us with this problem and very concerning issue. Thank you. God bless.Sincerely,*****************
