    On June 2nd, I purchase a pair of *********************** shoe replacement soles from Herdzcosupplies.com.On June 3rd, I received an email stating they shipped the item. Yet, for over a week, *** Tracking clearly shows the item has not shipped, Herdzcosupplies.com merely provided a (bogus?) tracking number knowing full well they did not ship the item and had no intentions of doing so. In fact, they refuse to answer and "contact us" queries. On June 7th, I reached out to them (as directed by their website), absolutely no response. As it stands, today, June 10th, Herdzcosupplies.com has yet to ship this item. They simply do not answer inquiries, even when they clearly confirmed receipt of the query and they do not ship purchased merchandise. See attachments.

    On 11/28/2024 I ordered ********************* #**** Full Soles from Herdzco Supplies. I received email confirmation for the order (Order #****) and was charged $46.99. The same day I received a *** tracking number: 1ZC1B491YW02962369 with an estimated delivery date of December 4-5. As of this date I have not received the item. *** claims the item was not received.
