    We got a BID from this company for 80000 dollars.  
    The job was botched and now he is claiming a fee of 4200 dollars that we still owe. He is charging us for taking out the ceiling that he took down and and put up incorrectly.   He took them down and now is refusing to put them back up until we pay the rest of the payment in the amount of 4200 dollars.  They want us to pay for a botched job and essentially pay for all of the mistakes he made to the house.

    I put together the estimate and I redid  the estimate because they could not afford the first one.  We installed the cabinets and they still owe a balance.  My motive was to help ******
