    I was sold a broken washer. The hub is worn out and drum of my washer broken. It violently shakes and doesnt drain properly. When we took it back to fix, we got it back and they said they replaced the hub. When it was returned, its still broken. When we notified them, they said we could swap for another. When we planned to pick up, the Friday before pick up day, they told us they will be closed. They are closed on weekends, and we were to exchange on Monday. Tensions built, because we paid over $400 for a broken washer, and an employee offered to go to the shop as exchange. I asked for my money back instead, and we were told we would pay a restocking fee. Because words were exchanged they said we can keep our broke dryer and we voided the warranty by using malfunctioning equipment. Since they refuse to make it right, I had someone come to repair it, and we discovered they didnt replace the hub as they said to fix it. The teeth are worn down on one side and they taped rags to the inside of the dryer so it wouldnt shake as bad. So I am stuck with a broken washer until my parts come in, and I am hoping it works when repaired.
