    On Friday 2/9/24, I called ***** and asked if they had my size tires available, they said yes, I get there and they said they don't have my exact size but promised me that these tires would fit. I have tire size 245, they put on 235. And that these tires would not cause any damage/problems to my vehicle. I paid 150$ for 2 tires. On my debut card. On Sunday morning 2/11/24 my tire was loosing air quickly, I went to put air into it and I could hear it coming out of the tire, realizing this tire would not hold air at this point, I put my spare on it and at that time I noticed my rim was bent. I called, left emails, no response, I went there on Monday asking what could be done to fix this problem at which point I was told nothing. I was told I brought it in like that( he wasn't even the person who put it on) and that they didn't do anything wrong, like who puts a tire on a bent rim?? Luckily my family and I wasn't injured. But now I am forced to buy a new rim(which isn't easy) and probably new tires. If my rim was bent, they knew the tires would continue to leak and didn't care, no reputable business would do this, due to liability or moral beliefs, I believe they bent my rim putting the wrong size tire on there. I was even told to stay in the car with my baby in the car seat while the tires were put on, this place needs shut down! And the fact they refused to do anything to help me out is crazy, at least give me my money for the tires even thats not going to cover the cost of my rim. Considering suing at this point, especially since the guy didn't even care, so according to him my rim was already bent, so that tire should have never been put on there, but all they cared about was the sale.
