    On 1/20/24 I took my fiance car there to have thermostat replaced. After 3 hours they called saying work is done and car is all ready. Well the car had some heat before we took it in to this shop however after work was done there was no heat. The car also is racing out of control as the engine wont stop accelerating. There is a loud smell of smoke of sealant. Upon checking the air breather and reinstalled parts the entire motor sections was left loose and not in place. I called Gonzales they came took the car to repair it correctly, sadly we have heard nothing from the shop and they now wont answer our calls. My plans are to stop down with police and get the car. We are also hiring an attorney to handle the loss of funds and loss of vehicle

    Good morning

    Please note the business completed repair of the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 1/22/24.

    I am in the process of vetting the work as the reassembly appears to be intact and installed correctly.

    I will drive the vehicle throughout this week to ensure its fully returned to its previous state of functionality which was excellent absent the faulty thermostat.

    The business owner admitted his tech missed key steps in the install which led to the failure of the vehicle upon release to myself. My disappointment is that they obviously failed to test drive or test the repaired item to substantiate the release to the customer.

    Very bad process and procedures with suspect mechanical experience.
