      I originally went in to cancel my membership in the beginning of February. I was then charged $29.95 in the month of March, so i went in to ask about the charge, they assured me that my membership was canceled and i would not be charged again. Then, in the beginning of April i was once again charged $29.95. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for over a month and a half. ***** takes my name and number and tells me that a manager will be in contact with me within two business days, but i never hear from anyone and when i call they act as if this the first time theyve heard of this issue.
