  Honestly i would give them 1 out of 5. We need to find better company as we're paying much. One example: My master bedroom heating cooling not functional, theres no air but inspection guy couldnt catch that.once i bought it me and wife noticed heating and cooling not working at all. Be careful before proceeding with them.

  Dear Customer,
  I took some time to look over our past interactions.
  I performed your original home inspection in August 5, 2024.
  The temperature at the time of inspection was 86°.
  Your air condition system never shut off in the 4 1/2 hours that I was at the inspection with the exception of the short window of time that I turned your furnace on.
  I did make you aware of this issue when we walked through the home .
  I recommended that you contact a licensed HVAC contractor to come in for further evaluation and repairs.
  You emailed me October 1, 2024 to make me aware of a second floor master bedroom register that was not working.
  I met you at the Home on October 2, 2024.
  I was at your home for one hour and 10 minutes on my own time at no charge to you.
  Your basement ceilings are finished. I did look to see if I could find a damper handle in the closed position on the ductwork.
  Due to ceiling finishes, the ductwork was not visible.
  I then went upstairs to your second floor master bedroom and removed the heat register cover from the floor.
  I examined the Duct Work with a flashlight and camera to see if there was an obstruction.
  At that time, I suggested again that you contact an HVAC Contractor to come out and possibly use a scope camera to insert into the ductwork to see if there is a damper handle closed, a piece of ductwork that had come disconnected or possibly an obstruction in the ductwork.
  On October 3, you emailed me asking if I knew of someone with a scope camera.
  I called a company that I have used in the past. But they only use their scope for sewer lines not HVAC system systems.
  You emailed me back stating that you were very thankful for the help that I had given you and the time that I spent following up.
  I was very surprised to see a one star review from you yesterday 10 months after I did the inspection and eight months after I met you back out at your home to help troubleshoot the issue with your bedroom heat register.
  I do feel that I made you aware of an issue with your air conditioning system.
  And that your two story, 3200 ft.² of finished living space, five bedroom four bathroom home was inspected thoroughly.

  Virtuous Home Inspections surpassed our expectations! ***** was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of my questions. We were purchasing a house without seeing it in person first, so it was very important that the inspector we chose be our eyes for us since we are out of state. We definitely made the right choice!
