      I love my new windows! The installation was sloppy. They didn't cover my hardwood floors and left a dirty stain on one my area rugs when one guy put a dirty window on it. They also(two men) use quite a bit on profanity when talking to each other(personal conversation)Which I didn't care to hear.I still will use Felco. A very good,reliable business.

      I was so very happy with entire process. The salesman was great, professional and informative.I was surprised and pleased to have the windows installed when scheduled and on time. I would recommend Felco. windows. In this day and age its hard-to-find good service. I rate this an excellent SERVICE

      I cannot say enough good things about Feldco! They were spot on with their timelines, made sure I felt like a priority, and the windows themselves are beautiful and have made my home look so much better. I look forward to doing other projects with them as well!

      Never use feldco. They have no workers of their own. They hire anybody that will work for them.After 3 visits to correct Siding issues over 1 yr later I'm trying to have a gutter fixed. Don't believe there ads of Feldco fast read contract before signing.

      I feel like the Feldco sales **** ****** worked hard to get me a good deal. A deal that was just a smidge over a local door guy, plus the Feldco name and lifetime warranty. When installed, one of my sliding doors was incorrect; it opened on the wrong side. They installed it, and then ***** helped get another order in with the correct side opening. I really feel like he took care of me and made sure I was happy with the results. And I am!

      Our old kitchen windows were drafty, letting in water during storms, and riddled with bugs. Our new windows were installed well and quickly, and 1 year in, they continue to impress and our kitchen has *******************. We recommend Feldco and would work with them again.

      Absolutely terrible!!! Spent 4 k on 2 doors about two years ago. One of them ripped the wood at the top of it frame, and the holder broke and handle snapped off!!!! They claim 20 yr warranty. Called them 7 months ago. Its now almost October 2023. Not even a call back. Complete trash.

      TERRIBLE!!! I can not advise against using them enough!!! Replaced our front door only to have multiple issues with the install, had someone out multiple times to fix numerous things (even forgetting a piece that left our home exposed to the outside!). The door now has a leak when it rains, they convinced us to pay them to come out to "fix" the problem only to take our money & never resolve the issue. We foolishly believed they were on our side & wanted to help us fix the problem, only to have their technician show up, complain the entire appointment about why they were there & not bring a single tool/ladder to even remotely assess the issue. Instead of standing by their product & install, they recommended for us to spend more money to install a storm door. This however, won't even correct the problem due to the leak being above the door, but it will cover up the door we just spent thousands of dollars to replace & showcase. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes & continue to blame it on somewhere else in our home being the cause of the leak. HORRIBLE customer service, DISHONEST work ethic!!!

      I had my window installed 16 months ago and have opened it 2 or 3 times since. When I opened the window last week the weatherstripping that runs along the inside edge of the window (not the frame) detached and was hanging out of the bottom by at least 5 or 6 inches. Clearly defective as the weatherstripping is not supposed to be exposed. When I called Feldco I was told Id be charged for having someone come out. Horrible quality and customer service. Use ******** and save yourself the aggravation.

      I absolutely do not recommend using Feldco for any **************. My spouse has taken several days off for a window installation that has never happened. Weve heard several excuses from the truck broke down to your picture window arrived shattered, and now we cant install any of your windows until all the windows are here. The worst part isnt even the delay but rather the customer service. One lady yelled over the phone at us because the install should have been scheduled for a later date then proceeded to put us hold and never pick back up. We received several phone calls in one day with multiple reasons why our install was being reacheduled, The final straw is being discriminated against by *****, a project manager who said he has customers that are doctors and lawyers and he had meetings to get to. So basically my husband being a first responder and being someone who works directly with first responders and public safety, our jobs dont matter. I am downright appalled. Still no windows but they sure took their deposit money quickly!
