  If there was a way to give Aquascape a zero star, I would love to do so. As ***** noted below - THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS. They are excellent at giving you the run-around. They have you submit all the information via a link - which takes ***** minutes, but then once you do, they claim they don't have any of that information and will ask you to go through it again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

  Will not honor their warranties. I dealt with a young lady named ******** who would not replace a ballast in the ** light I purchased. (3 year warranty) She stated it was my fault as the pump was too strong. The landscaper who put my pond in was trained by them to tee off the light. It was installed as they recommended. She would not send me the part until I purchased a pump from her. When I aske to just return the light, I was told to return to the landscaper. But his **** stated once you call their *************** he cannot get involved. So now I am out 295 dollars and stuck with a useless ** light. Buyer beware when you buy any of their products. FYI I purchased a ** light off Amazon for 79 dollars that is working better than theirs did ***** ********.

  Do not purchase a pump, I will never purchase another Aquascape product. I've had pond for several years now and I bought cheaper pumps. They last a little over a year some make it two years so I bought this mag drive pump from them for the fountain in the picture and it quit working a little over a month after I bought it, I called Aquascape and they will not help you and they will not stand behind their product. They told me that that is not the right size pump for that fountain, because the fountain was also aquascape brand. And they said that because I used a larger size tubing which fits over there adapter that it caused too much head pressure and that caused the unit to fail prematurely, and I said on your website, it shows the amount of lift for the pump and I did not exceed the amount of lift, and there is no tubing size requirement. I said you mean to tell me a 4000 gallon per hour pump cant lift water 3 feet ? The diameter of the water coming out of the pump is the same as the tubing that you recommend but because its flowing into a tube that's 3.5 ft long and a little bigger that caused failure according to them and us not warrantied. They will weasel their way out of the warranty just like other reviews on here that receive no reply. Do not spend a dime on an Aquascape product that they will not stand behind , they have a very nice corporate building in the *** but they are not consumer friendly. The woman was very rude on the phone. Thank goodness Amazon took care of me.

  This company is quick to take your money but gives you a hard time replacing or giving your money back!! They send me a defective product and are giving a hard time to replace it!! On 11/2/23, I purchased a ******** pump through The Pond Guy and in 3 months the pump stopped working. I called The Pond Guy, they said that Aquascape wants to deal with product problems them selves. I Called Aquascape did everything they asked of me. They told my husband that they would send a new pump 3 weeks ago. He called Aquascape back to see what the *** was for the pump. Aquascape said, No we didn't say this! You have to send the pump back before we exchange it. I said Okay, send me a return shipping label. They said no, sorry, you have to pay for the pump to be shipped back to Aquascape. Mind you we already paid $******** and they expect me to pay more money without the guarantee that a new pump will be returned. You can't believe the frustration and anger I feel!! All of my koi fish and plants died messing with this company. Please beware with purchasing Aquascape products!! SMH!!

  They run a false store on Amazon but it really is some **************** With zero service after the sale at all, sending out broken products. I will fight hard to remove them from Amazon too.

  I believe you are confused. We have no relation to a store on Amazon run by **************** We have our own Aquascape store on Amazon. I believe you bought one of our products from an unaffiliated Amazon Seller and your issue is with that seller, not Aquascape.

  I signed up for the "silver pond" maintenance agreement in March. They wanted the money upfront, which I paid... over $1400. This amount paid for a spring cleanout, a fall netting and a winter shutdown. I have had them service my pond for years, but this year I have had to CALL THEM to come out to do the work. We usually net the pond by Oct 1. Having not heard from them I called and they found a day to come... the end of October, after most of the leaves were already down. I had in the meantime put up a makeshift net to gather most of the leaves. We normally shut down the pond by Nov. 1. It is now mid November, again no word from them, and I call and they schedule me for Nov 22 to come out. Had I not called, they would not have bothered to come out. Again, I paid them the money and I expect to be treated as a loyal customer. If you are considering putting a pond in your backyard, go elsewhere, unless you want to maintain it 100%.
