    Spoke with attorney - ******* *. Joyce, we agreed to a payment plan. I never heard from him, 2 months later I received a summons to go to court, I called again to ask what happen to the payment plan, he stated he didnt want to go through with it and that he would see me in court. I was very nice to him asking why cant I just pay the debt. He hung up the phone. This business is very unprofessional. He flat out lied and I have every email to prove it. No one replies. I did speak with a paralegal he was very nice however the calls ended up being return by ******* *. Joyce. Becareful theyll tell you one thing and do another.

    No follow through but now I have been summoned to appear in court.

    I have completed my debt to them and can not get them to remove from it from my credit report. I have a email stating my balance and all of my receipts. I have reached out several times to confirm my debt is paid with out any confirmation.
