DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUSINESS!! In March we signed a contract for dancers at an event to be held on 7/27/2024. The contract stated that a 50% deposit would be required 4 weeks prior to the event (4 weeks prior would be 6/29/2024). Today I received a call from ****************** stating that since I never paid the deposit they had given my timeslot to someone else. Per the contract, I still had another week to pay the deposit! He told me "the contract doesn't mean anything until the deposit is paid" even though the contract specifically stated the deposit wasn't due yet. There were no terms on the contract whatsoever saying that it's not active until the deposit is paid. When I got upset on the phone he told me I "was being unreasonable" and then he hung up on me. Please don't do business with a company like this that lacks integrity and will overbook you despite a contract being signed 4 months in advance and who will be disrespectful on the phone. My heart is broken that this event that I have multiple people flying in for fell apart weeks before the date due to this company not upholding their agreement.

I am highly disappointed in Aloha Chicago! Total bait and switch on what I was sold and the service I was provided. I signed a contract for a 30 minute performance with 2 dancers and a fire dance portion. After my contract was signed and my payment made in full the contact ***** tried to change the time then tried to change the service. Fast forward to a week prior and the fire dance was cancelled by Aloha Chicago. I was told to compensate we would have dancers available after the 30 mintues for photos. No option for a refund or longer show when the fire portion was $100 value. The day of the event the ************ performed 2 songs then took 10 mins on audience participation before making themselves available another 10 minute for photos. In total the 2 song performance was 10 minutes, not 30. The entire experience was infuriating! The result for the price was outrageous. For $500 paid in full more than a month in advance I expected more than 2 songs by the dancers!! I reached out to my contact ***** with zero response still more than a week later.
