      We were looking to rent our townhome. We needed to change realtors and **** was listing another rental in our subdivision. We loved his listing approach. He is very knowledgeable! Took beautiful pictures and did a great write up. It was rented within a week. The process went very smoothly and highly recommend **** for selling or rental. We were very impressed with him and definitely will be contacting him with any future selling, rental or buying needs.

It was a pleasure working with you and I'm glad that we were able to find great tenants quickly that met your standards. The fact that we were able to have them sign a two year lease keeps your rent coming in for at least 2 years!

      Scot is as authentic as they come and sooooo knowledgeable. With the crazy housing market, I knew I needed the best and found Scot and found a home in less than 3 weeks with Scot's help and closed in 30 days. He offered me advice on anything I needed for repairs and inspections and he had a genuine interest in my experience exceeding my expectations and he surely did. I thought customer service didn't exist anymore, but after working with Scot, he renewed my hope that there are still good humans out there! THANK YOU SCOT!
