    When my wife and decided to buy and have a house built in one of fulfords developments, we had picked out our plot based on its location to a field and common ground. Both of which we and our neighbors we told would never get developed as it is zoned agricultural. Here we are 5 years later and Fulford Homes sales director and brother have purchased it and are turning it into a food court and bar. Do not trust anything that comes from Fulford Homes.

    Fulford Homes is shocked to receive this complaint.  The customer, ***************************, has not contacted us to discuss his concerns so we feel blindsided by this complaint.

    Fulford Homes sales staff are trained to explain to customers that we have no control over land that we do not own.  ******************* was the salesperson for this transaction and he has stated that he never would have told a customer what was or was not going to happen on the property behind their home.  Again, Fulford Homes does not own that land so we have no control over what happens on that property.

    Regarding the individuals involved in the development of the property, we want to clarify that ******** ****** ***********************, our Director of Sales and Marketing, is not the person responsible for purchasing or developing the property in question. ************************** and *********************** are the owners of that property and have absolutely nothing to do with Fulford Homes.  We appreciate your attention to this distinction.  We would also appreciate ****************** stop spreading this misinformation as it is libelous.

    We are also disappointed that the customer classified this as a "Repair Issue" when that is absolutely not true - as the customer indicates in their complaint.

    Fulford Homes would be happy to discuss this further with ******************.

    Fulford Homes prides ourselves on building high quality homes and neighborhoods.  Fulford Homes also prides ourselves on addressing issues with customers regarding their ********************** and neighborhoods.  We would hope in the future our customers would contact us directly to talk about issues.

    Speaking with our neighbors, they too were told by the sales rep for Parkview ******* the same thing

    "Since the field is zoned agricultural it would never get developed". At the end of the day, your employees lied to us.
