      We hired this company for cabinetry and mirror installation in our new home. We clearly requested shaker-style drawer and cabinet faces and confirmed this multiple times with the designer. I raised concerns during the design phase when the rendering didnt look correct, but the designer assured me that all selections were for shaker-style and blamed limitations in their new software for the visual discrepancy.After installation, we discovered that several drawer fronts were flat rather than shaker-style. The designer admitted the issue had fallen through the cracks and initially offered to correct it, explaining that certain drawers might not have been tall enough to support shaker detailing.However, once the manager, *** ******, became involved, the tone shifted. He dismissed our concerns, claimed we should have noticed the difference earlier, and insisted we had agreed to the flat style. He refused to make any corrections unless we paid the full remaining balance.Our agreement allows for a $1,000 hold if follow-up installation is needed. We withheld that amount and clearly stated it would be paid upon completion of the correction. Despite this, Mr. ****** has refused to proceed and has not provided any estimate for the corrective work. We are being asked to pay in full without knowing the scope or cost of the proposed fix, which is unreasonable.Additionally, the mirror we ordered was poorly fabricated. The edges are rough and unfinished, and the surface is warped, causing visible image distortion.Most troubling, Mr. ****** sent a recent email accusing us of stealing and threatening legal action over the withheld amountdespite our compliance with the signed agreement. We are seeking that the company follow through on the correction and complete the project as specified.
