Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs! *** and his wife ****** are not only unethical, but they are liars and cheats. At first they were responsive and came out as promised to install our stamped concrete patio. We paid them in full, however we did not inspect the job until after the sealer was applied. Upon being able to look closer to the job, we noticed that nearly 70 percent of the stamped edges of the concrete were jagged and chipped. We texted ****** a picture and she responded that "it wasn't the way it was supposed to look" and that they would come and fix the problems. *** came out and looked at his work and told my wife how sorry he was especially since we were so easy to work with. Then came excuse after excuse ... *************** his back, the repair kit hasn't come in yet, the guy who fixes this type of issue is in ****** taking care of his sick father, blah blah blah. We finally thought this would be resolved when ****** texted my wife to say they were coming on a Saturday to repair the patio. You guessed it, another blatant lie. Needless to say, they did not show up and have completely ghosted us since. We have given them every opportunity to fix their poor workmanship. Our next step will be seeking legal action. Karma is a b*tch *** and ******. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you rip off hard-working and trustworthy customers.P.S. - We have pictures and text messages that validate this review.
