It is unfortunate to read other board members' experiences with Vine Management Services in BBB. Dig deep into the reviews that she has hidden in Yelp, taken down from the Better Business Bureau, etc. Do your due diligence and ask for references before entering into any agreement with Vine Management Services, LLC.Vine Management Services, led by *************************, should be avoided at all costs. Just like other associations we learned about, we terminated our contract for cause given breeches in our contract by Vine Management Services, LLC. At the advice of our lawyers when we terminated our agreement, we reported Vine Management to the **********************************************************. Her most egregious breech was absconding $80K from our special assessment/reserve account and holding it for 6 months before she redeposited the funds. Also, when we terminated our contract for cause, she took a full year's worth of dues, breeching our contract again. In addition to the breeches of contract, and there were many more, the owner of the company lacks basic, professional courtesy to respond to unit owners/the board in a timely and civil fashion. She gets very defensive, is never available, and was caught in many lies since our association brought Vine on as our management company in 2021. Fortunately, we have moved on after we self-managed for a few months and moved forward with success with our capital projects. We found a new management company who works for us, not against us, and is partnering with us to ensure our budgets stay tight, our requests are handled professionally and timely, and in all, we are working together like condo boards and management companies should.

This management company should be shut down. They will lie and deal in very shady practices. They will poorly manage any projects and your association finances . They are not to be trusted at all cost . Save your Association all the headache and look anywhere but Vine for your management needs .
