I went to the ************************** at ****************************************************** on January 10, 2025. This was an appointment for the annual mammogram. I chose this clinic because it was in network according to the **** MA website. I am a subscriber to BCBS MA PPO.However, I received a bill from Integrated Imaging Consultants for $280.00. I didn't visit this place, and I didn't know I was receiving a bill from it (not the advocate group). I reprocessed the claim with BCBS MA, and it was completed on May 12, 2025. The website shows that the amount I owe is $0.00 for this bill. But I still keep getting the bill (the most recent one was May 30). I told this company that the health insurance claim was reprocessed, and the insurance company is covering all the costs. But I got another email on 30 May, saying I still owe $196.40. I do not understand why I'm responsible for something that the insurance company is covering.Initial Complaint

I paid the full amount billed for imaging, not realizing that it had been denied due to late submission to Aetna by Integrated Imaging. Therefore, it should have been covered by insurance in spite of company's error. In subsequent three-way calls with Aetna, Integrated Imaging and myself, they agreed that I am due a refund. Most recent three-way calls were 4/16/2025 and 5/8/2025. They always say they have to investigate first and then I will receive a refund in 7 - 10 business days. The refund is never processed. Prior to these three-way calls I had conversations with them and sent them documentation. They sent it to an investigative specialist at that time but then later had no record of it.Initial Complaint

Integrated Imaging Consultants sent me two emails regarding a bill for a free annual mammogram that has been covered by my insurance 100%. I was told by the hospital that $313.60 which I paid on May 29th, 23 was my responsibility for the annual mammogram and the breat ultrasound. This company sent me a bill via email for $280, which has been processed and paid by my insurance on 5/1/23 in the ammount of $105.70, and $174.3 has been the insurance discound I received. I have contacted the billing office 4 times, I have spoken with totally incompetent people who keep telling me that they did not receive the payment. They did not follow up with my health insurance because as they said - "we file electronically". It looks like there is no follow up, and payments are not being recorded and accounts updated. I would like my bill to be updated with ZERO balance, as this has been paid by my insurance as evidenced by provided EOBBusiness Response

I have received multiple e-mails saying I owe money to this business. I will not click on any links in the e-mail because I am concerned that it is a scam. I have not had any imaging services done recently and never received a formal bill and nothing appears on my medical portal. I have tried calling them on numerous occasions and the phone is ALWAYS busy. I sent them multiple e-mails through their contact us form on their website saying I never received a bill with no response. In my emails, I have requested that they send me a bill through the mail and provided my address but have received no bill and gotten no response to my emails. I do not want to take a chance that they will send me to collections for a bill that I do not believe is mine, but if I do owe money, I have no problem paying them after ensuring that my insurance has been properly billed. Thank you!Business Response
