      Again show up 1.5hr late no apology call them and they tell me to go f*** off.. again quote me at 97/ 4 mile end up to be 265 ask for cash so discount to 250 bs company .. better business ***** shut this place this down so they dont scam other people please

      I give them 2 stars unfortunately. And its all because of the rate they charge and the communication. I needed a tow from one mechanic to another shop just up the road less a mile I was charged ******.. when I first talked to them I asked what are the pricing I was told its by the mile, nothing more was explained . I wasnt notified by the driver when my van was picked up other then it was at the location to drop but will not remove the vehicle until I pay the funds ,Zelle I called the office and they told me the charges then . And they dont set the rates the accounting office does so this was the price . I mentioned why they didnt tell me the extra costs to just load the vehicle before I proceeded. Why the driver didnt call me . I feel scammed. please if you use them make sure they explain the cost before you agree. They are very pricy compared to others near by. I was also offered a free tow from my mechanic shop But was too late the driver already had my car .

      Scummy business. Quoted $125 + $4/mile over the phone. After vehicle was already taken to drop site, was told they have an additional "gas surcharge based on a percentage". $265 for a 1 mile tow was the final price tag. Even if you charge the miles to pick up, it was a 22 mile round trip. Basic math says $213. BUYER BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

      These guy's are the "Lincoln Park Pirates" of the northern suburbs. The driver quoted me a tow of $125.00 + $4.00 mile which should have come to $185.00, I had a nother tow driver in waiting but since they were compareable and they were there I used them. When the driver got close he asked about payment, Cash, Zelle, or a CC 6%. I opted for *****. The invoice came to $475.00!!!! when I questioned he said that there fee included round trip. WHY? The truck is unloaded and they probably had another tow in line. The *** in Speedy probably stands for gangsters. AVOID THESE BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! ******!

      Authorities must interfere, how this company ripping off citizens of *******. I wish that i should check them out before I hire them to tow my disabled semi truck, now they are demanding ridiculous amount or they will hold truck.Funny thing is I ask them what it will cost me to tow the truck from point A to B And there answer was 2hrs minimum and the price per Hour. I agree cause the whole service shouldn't suppose to take anywhere near close to 2hours.Well they come up 3.5hrs of service. but here is the thing every step of the service become separate job and they created hour of service over all they come up 13hrs of service. I know I'm here on planet earth but these guys they are from somewhere else. from the time i call them and the time they send the invoice demanding payment was exactly 1h and 49m. be the judge please tell me how they come up with 13h.This people are scammers and they must being doing this quite sometime and i bet they have connection with the local authorities or they should being stop and put them out of service and in jail.

      I wish I could give Speedy G Towing zero stars because they absolutely do not deserve even one! This company is a complete scam and I urge everyone to steer clear of them. Heres my horrible experience:Firstly, they quoted me a flat rate over the phone, but when it came time to pay, they conveniently jacked up the price, claiming some bogus additional fees that were never mentioned before. Classic bait-and-switch tactic right there! It's like they think customers are blind and won't notice their sneaky tactics.Secondly, the driver they sent was the epitome of rudeness. Not only was he late, but he was also on his phone the entire time, yelling and cursing like a sailor. Seriously, does professionalism mean nothing to these people? If you can't handle your personal conversations without dropping F-bombs, maybe you shouldnt be working in customer **********************!Overall, ********************** is a disgraceful excuse for a business. They are shameless scammers who will say anything to get your business and then treat you like garbage once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and choose literally ANY other towing service in town. These guys are the absolute worst, and I wouldnt wish their service on my worst enemy.

      Was forced to pay $5300 for a simple tractor/trailer hook/tow fee for 50 miles port to port.Also $1400 on a simple battery cable wiring job. Not one person would answer my questions as to why it cost so much, all I got was negativity from a man calling himself ***** and probably dropping a fictitious name of *********************. No estimates provided, no communication and held the equipment ****** until the invoices were paid. Absolute rip off artists, cant believe the city of ********** IL would even allow such practices but I suppose tax dollars make people turn there head the other way. It wont be the last time they s**** someone until someone steps up to put and end to this.

      Horrible tow company . Got there fast to move vehicle around to other side of bldg * then said $1100 ( which is over 3X the going rate with other companies and we said too much and they took off with vehicle . Called office and wouldnt even negotiate *. Scammers and predictors . Illinois commerce commission complaint in process .STAY AWAY from this company.been in fleet buisness for over 43yrs * never worked with or seen such an unethical company like this .fyi* other tow companies going rate was $300-350 to move vehicle 250 feet !!!!!they waited to hook up first* then s**** you and take your $$$ or your vehicle !!!

      Im a truck driver and needed a tire replacement on the road. This company took advantage of the situation. Over charging at twice the cost and maybe a little more. Saying the repair man came farther than he actually did so they could charge from there home address. I was told he was 15 minutes away and they charged for over 2 hours of driving. And then didnt even have the correct replacement tire. I know it doesnt seem important to some but this was taking advantage of a person that needed a repair
