  ZERO STARS!!! This place is a RIP OFF!!! Do not bother using their services for they lie about the charges. Their tactics over the phone for a quote are as follows:We charge ***** for a hook up fee and **** per mile! When you ask is that From pick up to the destination, they say YES!!! I figured out the price and thought its not that bad. $155 is doable.When my 17 year old son got home with his truck on the tow, he said, Mom, dont make a big deal but I paid them I immediately knew something was off.I asked him, How much?368.00 WTF..I called the office and spoke to some young punk who told me i obviously made up my own price!!!! Andasked me, if you went to the store and theres no price tag on the item, do you ask what the price is? So its MY fault for not asking the dispatcher if I pay for the tow truck to drive to the place to pick up my sons truck. Honestly, my blood pressure Is sky high! Just DONT do it

  Charged $266.00 to tow a Jeep Cherokee to ******************,** which is 8 miles from our house to Chrysler dealership. I feel I got screwed!

  They charged me almost $350 to go 3 miles!! They ripe people off!! And their customer ********************** sucks!! Iam not going to file a claim with the BBB. Iam going straight to the State Attorney 's office! Hopefully they can shut them down!!

  This co. scams everyone....over 15 complaints on fb!!..they overcharged me by $144 for towing....base price 125...then 70 ) for towing my my place to a dealership....without advising of extra mileage charges..add on for credit card vs cash....then more .....they should be put out of business!!!

  We had one of our 23' Box Trucks towed from I55 and ********** to ****** and they charged us $4500 dollars. Totally ripped ** off and would not unhook truck until paid. They also took 3 hours to get there.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!!!

  I was told a price of four dollars a mile over the phone and was estimated to be about $300 service. I agreed to it three hours later they picked up the truck and charged me an additional 48 miles to come get the truck. When I talked to the lady that booked the call, she told me youd be four dollars a mile from the time they get the truck to its destination. They do not honor their quote and rip me off big time. The service cost me over $600 to go 30 miles. **** on the phone trying to resolve this with a different customer service representative I was threatened. I did get the police involved, but still had to pay for them to drop my truck off. this company is a bunch of crooks and should be shut down.

  Horribly unscrupulous Commercial ***************** located in **********, **, charging at least 4 times the regular prices for towing commercial vehicles. These people are hurting other legitimate tow truck companies in the area, not to mention the actual victims of their practices. These people need to be stopped. I have been in the industry for 30+ years and I have never seen anything like this. The person we spoke with explained the tow truck cost would be $395 per hour to tow our truck 25 miles away (per their estimate). They actually charged $4740.50. They charged 3.5 hours at $395 hr for the truck, $1382.50 +Double-Pick/Boom Lift Fee 2 hrs at $395 hr, $790.00 + 395 Drive shaft Removal at $395, + Air Supply/Service line (Tractor) $395 +Drive Shaft Install $395 (which they didn't do as I have an invoice from the repair shop where they dropped the trailer, that they did that-for $109) +3.5 hours for the trailer at $395, $1382.50 (they did not even tow the trailer to the repair shop, only to their drop yard about 1/2 way). They would not accept any form of payment other than Zelle, Comcheck and one other industry express code (I can't remember what that was). We neither had Comcheck or the other form of payment, thus we had to Zelle the money to them. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THESE PEOPLE! This industry/small mom and pop's/owner operators can not stand this kind of abuse.

  The price is astronomical. I was towed 4.5 miles and paid over $400. It was 5:30 in the morning and I was trying to get to work. I looked up towing services near me and this was the first one. I didn't think it would be more than $200 so I didn't ask for a quote or look at reviews just trying to get to work. I will not use this company again I tell everyone that will listen to not use them because they're very expensive. Also don't try to contact them through the email on their site I'm guessing they don't get read. I was trying to get my receipt and never received anything. Today I called to get it and I was told 5 mins I had to call again to get it sent. I was put on hold and then hung up on but I did receive it. Hopefully my insurance will help with some of the cost

  This business and their few ******** locations need to be looked into. Complete scam. Told on the phone that the cost would be $125 plus $4 per mile. My car only needed to be towed 1.6mi and yet my bill was $314?? How does that make any sense?? Even IF you factor in them possibly charging for the cost of traveling to where I was stranded on the side of a highway, their Schumburg location was only 11mi away. Therefore, 11mi x $4 (per mile) = $44 + $125 (hookup) = $169 + $8 (1.6mi rounded to 2mi) = $177 as a rough cost. Maybe a credit card surcharge on top of that. Should be nowhere near $314
