      Complaint Against: Advanage Diversified ****Complaint Details:I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Advanage Diversified **** Despite having a legitimate distributor agreement and paying for the order, the company has ignored my attempts to retract a complaint filed against my Amazon store.Issue:- I have a signed distributor agreement with Advanage Diversified **** to sell their products on Amazon.- I paid for the order in question.- *********** filed a complaint against my Amazon store, claiming I was selling counterfeit products.- After providing proof of my store's authenticity, the company has ignored my emails and refused to retract the complaint.Resolution Desired:I request that Advanage Diversified **** retract the complaint filed against my Amazon store and provide a formal apology for the inconvenience and harm caused to my business.Supporting Documents:I have attached the following documents to support my complaint:- Distributor agreement - Payment receipt Additionally, I propose the following options to resolve the issue:1. Allow us to remove the existing inventory from Amazon.2. Permit us to sell the remaining 40 pieces of inventory, after which we will be out of stock.If neither of these options is acceptable, I request that Advanage Diversified **** retract the complaint, as it is impacting our store's performance.       Hello ADVANAGE & BBB Support,
      Thank you for your feedback. As acknowledged by ADVANAGE, we are an authorized seller of their products on ******. According to their notice, they have the right to cancel any distributor agreement with 30 days' prior notice, which can be extended to 90 days.

      We received the notice revoking our distribution rights on August 12th. At that time, our last inventory purchase from ADVANAGE was already in ******'s warehouse, with 210 bottles remaining. We made a concerted effort to sell the inventory promptly and have since reduced the remaining units to 44 bottles.

      However, on November 5th, 70 days after receiving the notice, ADVANAGE filed an IP complaint with ******, falsely claiming that we were selling counterfeit items. This complaint has severe consequences, as it not only blocked our inventory but also puts our selling privileges at risk.

      We would like to highlight the following:

      1. We are authorized sellers of ADVANAGE products.
      2. We purchased our inventory directly from ADVANAGE.
      3. We received transparency codes from ADVANAGE, which verify the authenticity of our products.
      4. ADVANAGE only allowed us 70 days to sell our inventory, despite claiming a 120-day period.

      In light of these facts, we request that ADVANAGE retract their complaint and grant us the remaining 30 days to sell or remove our inventory. If the complaint is not retracted, ****** will dispose of our inventory, causing us significant financial loss.

      ****** has given us a 15-day notice, after which they will dispose of our inventory if the complaint isn't retracted. I had already explained this situation to ******* ***** personally via email.

      The retraction process is straightforward and will only take 5 minutes. I have provided you with the Complaint ID: ***********. To retract the complaint, simply go to the retraction section on ******, enter the Complaint ID, select a reason for retraction, and confirm.

      I kindly request that you take immediate action to retract the complaint. Failure to do so will result in the destruction of our inventory, wasting our time and resources, and leaving a negative impact on our account due to the ** complaint.

      I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

      Refer to distributor agreement between Advanage Diversified Products and The ****************. **************** established a store on ****** as **************** selling our Advanage Cleaner. *** does not have an agreement with ************ to sell on ******. It is unfortunate our action to shut down an unknown seller has cause ****** to place a fraud hold on Planet Store sale. *** cannot afford to repurchase the 40 cases, we will contact ****** on the possibility of releasing the 40 cases than **************** / Planet Store can sell Advanage on other venues such as ******* etc .I will follow up after communcating with Amazom about the release of the 40 cases.

      I placed an order on 02/17/2024 for three products totaling $83.90 and did not receive them. I called the number available and the customer service line (option 5) is not in service. On 03/06/2024 I reached-out via email to ask to a refund if my order could not be fulfilled. On 03/19/2024 I selected '0' and was given a answering machine where I left a message. None of my attempts to contact Advanage have received a response. On 03/19/2024 I was sent an email from Advanage asking me to review the products. I have never received the products I paid for. My order is still listed as "pending" on their site even though I was charged for the products and the transaction went through the day I purchased them.

      date of sale 3/1/24, Invoice ******, Salesman- ********************* How can a salesman charge more than the receipt they provided? The receipt I was left shows 4 bottles is $139.95. I was charged $172.00, besides the fact that the product that was left is not the product he used.

      At the end of May of this year, my special needs sister came to visit. At this time there were some traveling salesman in this town, unknown to me. The guy conned my special-needs sister into spending money She does not have for a cleaning product she did not need (***** per bottle). I immediately contacted the company on the back of the unwritten receipt paper that they provided us, and was assured by the company that they would refund my sisters money and send me the information on how to return the product to them. I was told to send something in writing and I didI was informed by the company that they would provide us with a refund. I have not heard anything from them in over two months, I have left multiple messages with their company phone number and tried to reach out multiple ways. .now I am reaching out to bbb for a real resolution. I want the $120 returned to my sister and that is all and then they can have their crappy product back, Unused. I included a picture of the salesman that was in town that day. However, since they did not provide a filled out receipt, I do not have any of the other information.
