    Halo Exteriors installed a gutter guard on my gutters and insured me that they won't get clogger. During the last year leaves and oak tree pods (helicopters we user to call them) got stuck in the mesh grate and doesn't allow the flow of water into the gutters. I have left multiple voice mail messages and sent multiple emails but I have not yet heard back from them. I want them to come out and clean the gutters and replace the screen with a smaller mesh or pay to have the ones that they took off to be reinstalled.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    There is nothing said that will fix the issue. Yes the siding and roof are ok and the issue is with the gutters. I have called the cell number and left messages multiple times with no response. It took this complaint to get a response. If you would call me so we can discuss this Id appreciate it. With the gutter guards there was nothing that was supposed to get into the gutters and clog them but when it rains the gutters clog and the water comes over the top of the gutters. There are things that are clogging the gutter guards. Call me so that we can get this resolved.

    I have been in touch with our client Rich in regards to the clogged gutters and have explained the issue to him and made adjustments to his gutter guards and added additional downspouts.
