      My project was commissioned in July 2023 with a $10,000 deposit and 4 month lead time. My project still had not been completed in April of 2024. There were a myriad of excuses and cancelled meetings leading up to the cancellation. My deposit return has entailed three checks all dated with future dates. One I was asked to not cash. Two bounced. I’ve asked for cashier’s checks twice with excuses about not being able to make it to the bank or lead times for cashier’s check being more than one week.

      08/03/2020 I hired this company to build kitchen cabinets and to reface the doors on our existing cabinets. We paid this company a down payment of $4000.00 to start our cabinet work, but so far 2 years later we have received 2 cabinets and that is it. This company took all our cabinet doors for refacing, and will not complete the job. Our ***************** withheld $3000.00 for the project exceeding the time frame within in the contract.
