    My husband contacted this person and gave him $400 of the $700 total estimated cost for several small repairs and a door repair more than 2 weeks ago. The handyman has not returned, and while he was here, he told us what was wrong with a light fixture and tightened 2 cabinet bolts and an exterior lamp. He was wrong about the light fixture (it's still broken), and said he "fixed" a running toilet. It is still running; it's still broken. He then repeatedly canceled appointments, told us he ordered parts & received the wrong ones, and put off coming back here for 2 weeks because he "had to order a door gasket." That sounds like a long time for one part. Following up, my husband heard that the gasket had arrived, & he was trying to confirm a specific service. The handyman said he had misunderstood the requested task and said he would need to order more parts and it would still be awhile. This is a little excessive. My husband canceled and is looking for another handyman. We paid this man $400 for s******* in 2 cabinet bolts and an outdoor light. He never did the majority of the work my husband paid for. He was here for less than an hour. This seems to be a scam. He continues to refuse to return my husbands messages, and he refuses to refund anything (presumably, since he vanished when my husband asked him about this). This is theft. We paid for services that were never completed, and this unprofessional grifter basically stole $400 from us. He needs to refund at least part of that, because he received more than 50% of the pay ahead of the work he never did. We owe him $200 *** for s******* in 2 cabinets and a light, failing to fix 2 items he misdiagnosed, & reimbursing his gas money (which is also an obnoxious thing to ask for when he's in the same county as we are). This needs to be rectified.

    This complaint goes back to a job one of our former workers took on without telling us.

    He used our company name without permission, and once I found out, he completely ghosted me.

    ******* and her husband ended up leaving multiple bad reviews.

    I reached out to them several times to try and make things right, but never heard back.

    If theres still a way to resolve this after all this time, Im more than willing to step in and take care of it.

    Even though this was something done behind our backs.
