      Upon the purchase of our condo there was a one year warranty on our purchase. Prior to one one, we had to notify the developers of any issues concerning any defects or issues with our condo. We did that. It is now two years later, and our major issues have not been addressed, namely the electrical, we have 2 smoke detectors that do not work. I have sent numerous emails and have been given excuses and promises to send someone, yet here I am still waiting. I can forward the emails to you if you wish to see as well as text messages.       Purchased home 6/10/22 from Youssi Construction. After multiple emails to fix some items on the 6-month & 1-year punch lists, they are still not taken care of. On 2/22/24 gave until 3/22/24 to respond and get items done after months of emailing. Its now 5/9/24 and STILL nothing, almost 2 years after the purchase! I paid for a closet to be installed in a room in the basement and its not workable, Asked them to widen the doors as to be able to get to the side items and they will not do it. Also on list -some rubber mat flooring needs to be replaced in workout room due to water damage from a leak in the foundation in the first year in, theyre still not replaced. Sliding screen door doesnt work right, still no resolve (possible bend in frame or just a replacement screen needed). Space between backsplash and vent hood still not done. Poor/schlocky job on back patio; gathers mud on it due to assuming not grading lawn in that area properly. I offered to repair on my own accord and send them the bill after a year of asking them to fix items and got no response to that. Poor customer service, once youre in & signed, they just dont care. You're not a priority even though you have a signed contract stating they will finish your items on the 1-year punch list. This is unacceptable. Far too many emails for almost 1.5 years worth and STILL waiting on repair.
