    Bad workmanship. No customer service to fix problems. 2019 roof replaced and gutters and gutter guards installed. I had a roof leak 18 months later that has lead to a sagging plaster ceiling. Bad gutter install has washed away soil under sidewalk preventing me from easily opening 6ft chain link gate which now needs to be jackslabbed

    1. Yes i have a warranty by *** and a claim has been filed with them. After 3 people, a person from another roofing Co, a *** roof inspector, and a ***  authorized roofing company *** is authorizing repair of about 10 different items.  All 3 people said the boot around vent was not correct, they used the old one that was on the rubber roof for a flat granular roof. (sorry i don't know the term of the material used). Do to this old piece being used caused a leek and damage to the plaster ceiling.  Pictures were sent to *** @ Steinmeier and i was told his guy quit, covid, hail damage  and he couldn't find people that was Aug 2020. Why hasn't that been fixed 4 years later?? and its sagging more now eventually its going to just fall down. Had the installer used the correct boot/seal i don't think this would have been a problem

    2. i had new gutters and gutter guards (at least that's what i thought i was getting), included with roof replacement. The gutter on the west side of house has never worked properly. When it rains it looks like a waterfall and that has washed away the dirt directly below the gutter under the sidewalk . On Aug 14,15 2024 it rained enough to now stop the gate on my chain link fence to open because it is tipped so badly.  I have jack-a-slab scheduled for Sept 6, and ***** ******* Sept 10 to figure out how to fix this sidewalk mess so i can open the gate. I do not know why the gutter doesn't work, yes there is a downspout...

    I want Steinmeier to pay for these repairs since they did not do the work correctly. (*** sees the bad work for them to pay to fix) *** from Steinmeier NEEDS to come look at and not just send a guy to fix.  I want to know why the gutter is not working and NOT just oh we need to do this and that.

    The gutters need to be fixed and the ceiling to be fixed because their workmanship caused the issues.
