    The service was absolute garbage. I will be making sure anytime anyone that asks me about this company I will say that they have false advertisements. The manager from the UBreakIFIX store in ************ **** had advised ** to get the plan of Asurion in case anything were to go wrong with *************** of ours including my son's PS4. We originally brought our son's PS4 to the store for them to fix the fan so that we didn't have to hear the fan being so loud.They said to us that "it would take 2-3 days to take the ps4 apart, and put it together and that the fan would be a lot better." We paid, and we paid for Asurion because they asked us to sign up with them. 2-3 weeks later WE FINALLY got the PS4 back and my son went to start up the PS4 and at that point, it would not start up. We reached out to UBreakIFIX company in ************ ****, and they said that we had Asurion to file a claim and that Asurion would take care of the break. MEANING they would fix it or replace the console. THAT WAS A LIE. We filed a claim, waited the 3 business days as they asked, and supposedly UbreakIFIX advised them that it was a pre-existing situation so they would not cover the ps4! That is NOT THE ***** The fan needed to be cleaned, but when we got our ps4 back it would overheat and not start up. WHEN IT WAS DOING SO PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE JUST A LOUD FAN. Asurion then practically disrespected my wife, and was practically calling her a liar, and that they were going to believe the company who made the mess, and that broke the PS4 to start with. AGAIN, they lied to us, it was false advertising, they made my device to where it does not work, any more and when we said that we were going to take this to reviews and the Better Business Bureau, they dared to chuckle and say "good luck with that." ( WHICH WAS A SUPERVISOR ) COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE.! Now my son is out of a PS4 cause they broke it, Asurion didn't help us as the company said they would. HORRIBLE!
