    I contracted this company to fix my foundation issue i.e fixing underpinning the foundation, fixing cracks in the foundation and fixing sagging floors in December 2023. They fixed all the above, but after 3 weeks the floor started sagging again. I sent a 2 messages to the company but *** not received any reply, tried to call the number I was using to contact *************************** ( manager/owner) but all I get is that they are not receiving any calls at the moment for the last 3 weeks. He did not install any concrete footings for the supporting beams, they are just resting on the ***** crawl space floor.

    We hired Active Masonry & Construction due to our blue stone patio and stairs splitting. They came out on September 15, 2023 to power wash and seal our ************ blue stone and limestone patio and power wash, grout and seal the ************ blue stone stairs. The power wash removed a lot of the grout from the stairs and was not replaced. The soap used was not fully rinsed off prior to them sealing it and we now have white residue that wont come off. Because the stairs were not properly sealed and grout repaired/replaced the small amount of rain we had yesterday has leaked under the top layer of bluestone. When you step on the stone it makes a squishing sound and water seeps out the front ledge. The phone message says its not accepting calls at this time and they have not responded to any of the text messages we have sent since Saturday, 9/16/2023.
