      I purchased a 2019 ****** Camry via the **** auto auctions (**********, ** North branch location) online sale on March 26, 2024. I also paid for the car and for **** to transport the car to my home in ******, OK ***** via the Go2AuctionsNow.com broker company. Upon the car arriving on the transport at my home, the car had additional damage to the Passenger front fender, hood, Passenger headlight, and front bumper that was not on the car before and during online purchase. *********************** (Asst ******* of the **** **************** branch) asked be to get repair estimates and confirmed in email that some damage had occurred when **** was moving and/or loading the car for transport. I returned estimates to both **** and Go2AuctionsNow.com and ****** offered to settle for less than half of the original lowest estimate (of 4 estimates). I am having to pursue legal action to obtain full repair for the damages that **** caused and that were not affecting the car at time of online purchase. Do to the hassle caused by the unreasonable, unfair and negligent handling of my car storage and delivery by **** after my purchase, I wish to file a formal complaint against **** Auto Auctions (and their Corporate owner - *********** Auctioneers based in ********).

      Per the policy, the vehicles are moved via forklift, and extra damages might occur. The buyers read and accept this when registering with ***.

      Vehicle Loading - A service fee applies. Buyer understands that the loading process is fraught with danger to person or property because it involves lifting a vehicle with forklifts and placing the vehicle on a transporter. The forklifts could cause damage to the vehicle. The loader could drop the vehicle causing injury to persons or property. Buyer is responsible for directing the load onto the transport, securing the load, and safely transporting the vehicle. BUYER AND BUYER REPRESENTATIVES ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PREVENTING DAMAGE TO THE TRANSPORTER OR VEHICLE AND SECURING THE LOAD FOR SAFE TRANSPORT.       2. *** MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY VEHICLE OR ANY OF ITS COMPONENT PARTS WHEN *** PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT A VEHICLE FOR SALE.

      We purchased a trailer with Ritchie ***** Auctioneers on 2023-04-05 auction date. We drove over 5 hours one way!!! to pickup trailer and trailer and found out it was released to another buyer! Ritchie ***** Auctioneers could not find trailer the lied and we found out it was sold to another buyer, we where then told Ritchie ***** Auctioneers will refund us back "except" our time and expenses. I then demanded that I only want my trailer and not a refund and to GET MY TRAILER TO ME! **** then said she will hang up on me if I request my trailer again! I have title for this trailer and all legal paperwork, Ritchie ***** Auctioneers let this trailer go to wrong person! and NOW I PAY for this! I demand my trailer NO OTHER REFUNDS WILL WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Upon internal review and working directly with our site in *******, it was found that our team there worked with the customer and came to an agreed resolution. The site provided the following timeline of the process from the sale to the resolution.
       
      Sale date was actually the ***** MAR 2023
      BBB Complaint filed on 14 APR 2023
      We received the title back (acceptance of our offer) on 12 MAY 23
      We refunded the buyer for the cost and additional funds on 17 MAY 23
       
      If its possible, could you please assist in updating the notes to this complaint. Please advise if anything else is needed.
