    On 8/8/23, the business was dispatched by my car insurance roadside assistance due to my car not starting. They were dispatched to jump my battery. Upon trying to jump the battery, I was told that the battery was dead and I needed a new one. Also, I had attemped to jump the vehicle myself prior to his arrival, which I had experience doing, which he told me caused the battery failure. At which time, he offered to bring back a new battery and install that night for $250. We agreed upon a $200 cash price and he returned to replace the battery. I paid him upon replacement, and after he was unsuccessful again to start the car. He proceeded to tell me and show me in the vehicle that the fuse was blown and I needed a new one. He then offered to bring the fuse in the morning around 7am to get the car started. The following morning I followed up at 7am at which time he responded that he ordered the fuse and was waiting for it. He assured me it would just be a few hours. I followed up again at 10am, 12pm, 4pm, each time he responded that it would be done that day. I followed up again that evening to tell him that I needed the vehicle desperately and would be getting it towed to a shop. He did not respond. When the tow truck driver and auto shop rep looked at the vehicle they noted that it had nothing to do with the battery. I followed up yet again and requested a refund. He responded that someone would bring it by that day. I didn't not receive the refund and when I followed up yet again, I was ignored. Not only was this incredibly unprofessional but also felt he intentionally provided the wrong information in order to extort money from me. I believe he took advantage of my situation despite sharing that I was in a very difficult and financially challenging time.

    On November 22, 2022 I purchased a new car battery from SMS, the receipt ****** the battery has a 36 month warranty. On March 14, 2023 the battery failed. I had another auto repair shop evaluate the car and they said the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. I contacted the company several times and they told me the battery would be replaced. Now they have chosen to ignore me..
